I would give six star if I could. Recently installed Twintec S4. Chris explained everything in detail. Very polite and worked efficiently to install the machine which just fit tiny spaces under my kitchen sink. Very worth spending on this water softener by Sapphire.

We decided to use Sapphire Water Softeners after also looking at other companies. Chris from Sapphire came to the house to give us a quote, explain how the softener works and answer our many questions. He is very experienced and knowledgeable and his quote was very competitive. Chris fitted the softener and we now have lovely soft water and are glad we made the change. We would definitely recommend Sapphire.

Our water softener installation was carried out professionally. Chris arrived on time, worked cleanly and consistently throughout the day. He explained each stage of the fitting clearly, which was appreciated as this was our first water softener. He outlined the available options, but Chris was honest about what we needed now, with other items simply noted as future possibilities, unless we felt we needed it now. A straightforward and reliable service.

We had looked into getting a water softener for a while and after reading some good reviews we opted to choose Sapphire Water softeners. Chris came to give us a quote and explained how it works etc and we thought he was super helpful and friendly. There was no pressure to purchase and could make the decision on our own time. Unlike previous companies who had been very pushy and kept contacting us to get us to purchase.
Chris did a good job of fitting the softener and helped with a couple of other issues with a water filter and tap.

We had a water softener installed recently with Sapphire and had a great experience. We had tried to book through a larger company but were let down last minute for two seperate appointments.
Chris came to visit and looked at our kitchen for best places to fit and sent through quotes. Communication was great before and throughout the process.
Happy with the quote, we went ahead and booked in for the fitting. Chris came across some issues with our pipework and was able to problem solve to find a solution that worked for us. We were able to see the improvements in our water quality straight away and have been left very happy with the service we received.

I had a great experience with Sapphire. They responded fast to my enquiry, took time to answer all my questions and give me the advice I needed. Chris dealt patiently with the somewhat crowded plumbing under my sink, and installed a new tap with filter along the way. Now we have softened and filtered water, which makes a HUGE difference to the awful hard water we had before - love it!

An awkward piping to the installation but very efficiently done. Softener working straight away and absolutely no problems since fitting it also no more scale around the taps etc.
