Do Not Buy This Product
I have been with Arccos for a number of years. After early hiccups the system actually works quite well, however the annual subscription goes up every year and the Customer Service seems to go down. I foolishly bought myself the laser range finder and I'm again I'm reminded how little they care about Customers. The response is slow and shows little focus or urgenc and just not up to the standard you would expect from what you pay . One week in amd my issue with my £300 range finder remind outstanding. I am too invested in them to pull out now but I ask you to think very carefully before you make the same mistakes I have.
Arccos Golf is scam
Arccos Golf is built as a scam because they aren't confident enough in their product retaining customers for longer than the trial period.
They will flaunt "free sensors" but then send you a $200 device that they try to hook you on. After a month they will charge you for the device and then another $200 for a YEAR long membership instead of the monthly cost they advertise.
Of course this is in the small print so they will not allow any refunds (they will let you send the device back but then you have a useless app essentially).
Customer Support? Never heard of them apparently. Jake will just tell you that you are SOL and can't give you a refund because the contract says so.
I tried to dispute with my credit card but didn't win because of their small print.
I then lost access to the app when I tried to use it.
Arccos said that it was because I disputed the charge and they would have "happily issued a refund if you ask us." THIS WAS ON THE SAME EMAIL CHAIN WHERE THEY SAID NO TO A REFUND 4 TIMES.
Oh and they don't have a customer service phone line that works even though they advertise they do.

One star is too high
One star is too high! Impossible to cancel during “ free trial” got auto renewed while having cancer surgery. Thought I’d make the best of it when they wouldn’t cancel the subscription. But the sensors are terrible, ping off the clubs all the time, have already lost two, and replacements are too expensive, doesn’t pick up putts and tbh kisses half the shots. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
A total scam
A total scam. In order to see what it actually is, they offer you a "free trial" but you need to provide payment details. When you want to decline during the trial period, there is no help in cancelling the subscription. And now that they have taken my money, the support seems non existent. None of my emails have ever been answered but they do manage to keep spamming me with newsletters.
AVOID these people!
Poor Product
I'm a power user, I have embedded sensors in grips I change every year, I used both the Link and Link Pro, but with everything Arccos still misses a lot of shots and their AI keeps adding shots that didn't happen or choosing the wrong club (what's the point of the sensors!)
I'm constantly fiddling with my phone to make sure everything is tracked right. Android and WearOS seldomly gets updates and are years behind Apple's features.
And trying to cancel the subscription is a chore. I called the number they have on their website and the robo told me to email instead! I'm not confident they'll actually not charge me. They make it difficult on purpose and their support is very poor. All of these issues and they are the most expensive product on the market for what they do.
I suggest going with a cheaper option because you'll get the same features for a fraction of the price and way better support.

Bought a trial, missed a very spammy looking renewal email and stung for £130
Atrocious customer service who just spout standard text back.. yes Jake I know how to cancel my account now and quoting your terms of use isn’t overly human or useful! It’s simply a money trap.
Quotes prices monthly but charges annually with no refund option - even if you cancel with 11 months to go.
Would use but the product is too glitchy and temperamental to be of any real use.
A complete trap avoid like the plague.
***update*** ive requested - Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, specifically Regulation 29 and Regulation 34, I am entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel a distance service contract. I am exercising this right and request a full refund

Advertised at a monthly cost, but billed upfront for the year with no actual monthly option makes this very misleading to customers. That's like getting your weekly groceries and at the checkout they tell you it's £10 a month for a year.

Companies who do the right thing by their customers, find their customers do the right thing by them. NOT THE CASE HERE.
BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE!! They store your payment information and auto-renew your subscription even when you opt-out for auto-renew! NO PHONE NUMBER to contact them and they argue with you when you email them to dispute the charges. Charged me $199 without my permission and refused to provide me a refund! Criminals!!
Don't trust Arccos!
I purchased a set of 15 Arccos sensors and grips but have an issue setting up and using the system with my smart phone. I contacted Arccos customer services and after initial positive correspondence the issue appears to be that my Samsung Galaxy smart phone is not compatible with the product - this is despite the Arccos website stating that it is! Apparently you need a phone with 'gyroscope' enabled which mine does not have.
What is even more frustrating is the incredibly poor customer service. Once the issue was established, Arccos simply stopped responding to emails. I've now raised multiple queries via their website and sent many emails, only to be completely ignored. I believe this must be a common issue and they know their website is misleading regarding the product's compatibility with many phones.
I am now £250 out of pocket with an unusable product and the supplier, Arccos, doesn't want to know about it! Avoid using Arccos!!
1st Rate Customer Service!
This company is brilliant. Lost a sensor on my putter (possibly related to my throwing the putter across the carpark after an unfortunate 5 putt incident, on the 18th green at a club final). Sheepishly emailed them to ask about purchasing a replacement and - without enquiring any further - they’ve sent me a free replacement out in the post.
I appreciate it’s somewhat in ARCCOS interest to keep my sensors on, but even so the proactive customer 1st service is a real breath of fresh air.
Poor customer services, good system.
I am a long term user of a Arccos. The system definitely helps with the game, can be frustrating with missed shots and the occasional bugs. However the customer services team are useless, unresponsive and when they do respond aren’t much help. They deserve this poor customer service review, they earned it! My current issue being the app says I don’t have an active subscription, yet I have and customer services tell me I have, yet it won’t work and just prompts me to activate a subscription!
NEVER TRUST YOU-TUBERS REVIEWS
Not sure why but all the reviews said it was fantastic, never missed shots, recorded everything fantastic, well not quite, I have version 3 + sensors Arccos Link Pro, thought great followed all the instructions, and bam I sent 30 minutes after every game fixing all the shots, make sure you ask a person who has it or used it before you purchase, never trust you-tubers and their reviews again.
Not worth it. REALLY NOT!

So everything was paid until April 2025. Canceling my subsciption because i knew I will not use it next year cause I want something else and 120€ per year is a lot too much for what you get.
And... Arccos canceled my Account IMMEDIATELY!
I cant play anymore with Arccos, though my Account is paid until April 2025. WTF is wrong here?!?! Never seen something like that in my life. When I cancel a subscription, ofc I can use it until determination. Not with Arccos. You paid for April 2025, but canceled it? ok you cant use it anymore.
Worst Customer Support I have ever seen im my life.
Great for golf trips
I’ve been using arccos for years (since before they were subscription). Can’t say the data has made me a better golfer, but it is super cool to be able to look back on memorable holes and rounds. My dad could never get used to the weight of the sensors, but I’m used to it
Very poor customer service
Used the app for a year and was happy with stats and info provided. Sadly got an injury which meant no more golf for me. Followed the instructions on the app to cancel my subscription 3 weeks before renewal - no response, sent another email as instructed on the app, no response - there is no other way to cancel. Renewal came and money taken from my bank. Eventually on the 4th email got a response saying they would cancel then I would have to wait 10 days for a refund. Pathetic service.
