Slow delivery
Well i ordered this part next day delivery last wednesday , expecting it to arrive thursday/Friday. UPS failed to collect the part. (But they did refund me the next day delivery)
Had a email conformation from UPS on saturday morning saying it would arrive monday. My homes been without heating/hot water since wednesday and ive got a baby in the house. I expected it with the delay to arrive atleast friday or saturday.
I ordered from ariston spares in the first place cause it was next day delivery.

Paid for next working day delivery and still not received
Paid for next working day delivery and have not received the item 3 working days later, sent via ups which states delivery attempted twice with no reply which is untrue as I was home both days, cannot comment on the items as I haven't received it yet

I have a property in Asia and an ariston water heater installed had a problem so I sent for the local engineer to fix it ( the water heater is only 3yrs old ) the engineer advised me that the pcb was faulty and it wasn't possible to purchase any spares!! He was trying to persuade me to purchase a new boiler I told him I would think about it.
As I am a qualified electrician I took out the pcb board and brought it back with me to the uk. I then looked online for ariston spares and found Ariston spares uk who had the pcb board which I ordered and it was delivered within a few days.
I was very pleased
