Ariston Spares UK Opiniones

The delivery was longer ie 2 days more than advised, maybe your delivery company and I would have expected a new insulation seal to be included. I had to take the insulation from the old element but if you had not been as observant then you could have fitted it as supplied which was dangerous.

Easy website to follow clear information, fast delivery would use again.

Easy to navigate website, next working day delivery, well packaged. Thanks

Called the technical helpline in between Christmas and New year, sounded like they were working from home (line was muffled) but I got the correct serial number for the part I needed. Went on line found and ordered the part, paid the extra for next day delivery. 20 hours later, on new years eve UPS delivered the parcel. Great service.

Genuine parts, good price delivered very quickly.
Very happy with my purchase and would definitely use again.

I paid for next day deliver I all ready waited 4 days and I still didn't get item.

Excellent service and quick delivery

Ordered on Friday at 1 pm paid for next day delivery and I'm still waiting on delivery. So no central heating or hot water for 4-5 days. Terrible service all round

the driver did not turn up to my house to deliver. He lied that he did . had to wait hours before i could collect it from tye shop

The parts were ordered late in the evening so it was too late for next-day delivery. However, they arrived on the following day on time.

fast and efficient delivery
I like the quality of their boiler but sadly not many around

Would not have a clue as I haven't received the parcel yet

Easy to navigate website, so it’s easy to get the right part, arrived quickly. So it was easy to replace

Contacted the company by email with photo of the part that I required for an instantaneous water heater. The reply was very prompt, identifying the name of the part and the code. I quickly found it on the website and ordered it. The part was received after a few days. Only negative is that the delivery cost a few pounds more than the part (otherwise this would be a five star review), which is annoying. I would have no hesitation in reordering from the company or recommend to my friends.

Great service, spare part came fast

Delivered a day early so fitted it today, no problems 😊 I can now shave in hot water. Well done! Very nice straightforward transaction.

Ariston water heater’s are very easy to connect there’s top fittings or bottom fittings to easily plumbing. Also all parts available. I had many of them in my restaurants over the years. First one I had still working after 8 years. Easily change element and thermostat.

Exactly what I was expecting, but I also got superb service and a good price. Would highly recommend

Very fast delivery, exact replacement part , great service
