Fantastic service! Responded to my questions and sent additional photographs and a video of my chosen bag. They also sent the bag very promptly as they knew I was going on holiday. All round brilliant service and the bag is even better than expected! The cute note and box of chocolates was an extra, unexpected touch. Fab!

Outstanding on all fronts!! Loved the refreshing sales approach - friendly, honest, informative and was delighted when the bag I was longing for appeared for sale! It was obviously meant to be as a flash sale appeared within days. Had a little trouble applying the discount code (computer glitch) so was unable to finish purchase before sale ended 😪 I sent a short message to customer services next morning and had a super quick and efficient response - they would extend the sale period for me (they actually did it site-wide too) - 👏amazing!! Thrilled at a second chance, I placed my order and was equally impressed when I received my bag along with all the accompanying items as described, plus a lovely note and some chocs, that brought more smiles ha ha.
What an absolute pleasure from start to finish. LOVE my new bag - very impressed - super buy! Can't praise enough - fabulous quick & friendly service.

I’ve actually lost count of the amount of purchases I’ve made from Armcandy Bag Co which attest to the ease and quality of their excellent customer service and superb products. I placed an order for a Louis Vuitton limited addition Mini Pochette yesterday and it arrived this morning beautifully packaged, as described along with a friendly handwritten note and thoughtful box of mini chocolate treats too!!
