I made my first purchase with ArmCandy a few months ago. The funky, vintage Fendi baguette I picked up is a once-in-a-lifetime piece! I love their use of videos to show the condition of all of their products…so helpful! I also had a few questions we went through via email and so when the time came, I felt very confident purchasing with them even though I’m based in the U.S. Just made my second purchase today and will be back for more!

I love the Chanel WOC i purchased! Such a beautiful pink and the condition explained exactly on the video. I purchased this on Thursday afternoon and it was delivered on Saturday morning with a little handwritten note and box of chocolates! A great company to deal with, so helpful and replied to my questions very quickly. I would definitely recommend Armcandy and use them again.

Sold 2 bags and the whole process from the quote to payment was first class. Have previously used another larger online site and it was a hassle and I had to chase my payments. Put my name down for a Louis Vuitton Neverfull. They emailed to tell me one was in. They emailed a Good Friday discount code. They answered my questions quickly. I got the bag the following Tuesday with Bank Holidays. It’s honestly wonderful to open the beautiful box and have no nasty surprises, not to wonder if the bag is authentic or why some marks which have not been described are visible. Armcandy check the bag, give a really insightful video, describe every little detail and mark. I will definitely buy again. Really happy.

I recently sold a bag with Arm Candy. The entire process was swift and professional, the team there is just amazing and highly responsive. The entire platform is very well put together as well. I would certainly recommend both shopping and selling with Arm Candy instead of some of the bigger consignment sites that hardly take the time to respond to your queries, or make you chase them down to get your payments. I am very glad I chose to work with Arm Candy. I found their compensation fair and their service far superior to the other places I was considering consigning with.

I recently sold a handbag with Armcandy and would highly recommend them. They made the transaction simple and kept me informed of progress. They were always friendly in their communications and when the bag was sold they paid me promptly in accordance with their guidelines which are very clearly laid out on their website. They make a helpful video for each of the bags they sell so that potential buyers can see the bag in context and see all the features clearly. It was fun to see my own bag featured in one of these videos and published on YouTube! I will definitely be using Armcandy again to sell other bags in the future and will keep an eye on their website for potential purchases!

Some time ago, I ordered a pre-loved Neverfull bag. I took the plunge and ordered on a Friday afternoon and the bag was in my hands by Saturday morning. I can't thank them enough for such wonderful service, you've made me one happy lady!!

I’ve been following Armcandy bag on Instagram for the past year in hope that my dream bag would appear. Last weekend I struck gold! My Alexa is in brand new condition with tags although it was sold as excellent. I couldn’t be happier with it. It’s been on my list since it first launched and I’m delighted I finally have one. The price reflected its pre owned condition which was amazing but as I said, it still had the tags on. Also love the fact they did a thorough YouTube video of the condition of the bag so you know exactly what you are buying, which I think is so important when you are spending a small fortune on a bag. Wow, where can I even beginning with this. I have nothing but great review for Armcandy based on my experience with them. I came across their website a while back, but I didn't really find anything that caught my attention at the time. But then recently, I decided to revisit their site and came across this amazing, beautiful, stunning pink Chanel bag; I fell in love with it right away and emailed Armcandy with questions. I was a bit concerned because I am not from Europe (I am in another continent) and wondered if I would even receive a reply any faster due to the time differences, etc. But to my big surprise, I received a response very quickly; Izzy was the one who replied to my first email questions, then Tamara picked up all the communications from there. I mean, they were/are all very kind, nice, responsive; and they really assisted me with getting the answers I needed to ensure that I was making a good decision to get the bag.

I am very pleased with my purchase and am enjoying my new bag. Since it was my first purchase with them, I missed using/applying my discount code received when I subscribed to their website. But again to my surprise, they gave me an option to either receive a refund to my purchase or use/apply it the next time I purchase another bag. I mean, that was really very nice and kind of them honoring the discount code because some other places will not give you a second chance, per se, when you miss to apply your discount.

I am so thankful I took the leap of faith to work with Armcandy, they are very efficient, very good at what they do, and provide excellent customer service; and please, do not hesitate to ask questions about items you are in love with to buy because they will reach out back to you. I definitely recommend them to other buyers.

Absolutely wonderful service. I’ve been browsing Arm Candy for over a year and recently saw a bag I’ve wanted for ages. I was on holiday at the time, I emailed them and asked if it was possible to delay sending it. They replied so quickly and were so friendly - and we arranged the best date for me to receive the bag when I’d be back in the UK. I then realised I wouldn’t be home that date so emailed them to change the address. Again, they replied very quickly and were so helpful and obliging.

I have received the bag now and it is absolutely stunning - their description and video was so accurate so I knew exactly what I was getting. The delivery was great and the bag came with its original box and dust bag etc.

I will definitely shop with Arm Candy again and I’ve recommend them to all my friends.

I have just purchased my first Chanel bag from Armcandy Bag Co and can say my experience with them was fanstastic! The description on their website, their communication together with the comfort you get from their fantastic YouTube videos makes buying from them a pleasure.
