I ordered £126 worth of vape juice from vapesupplieruk.com. I selected 1-2 day postage and selected to be kept up to date with postage. I ordered on Tuesday and writing this on the Friday of the same week. I received no email confirmation of anything, purchase or postage. I note the money was taken on my credit card by AROMA KING.
I then emailed support to receive a Delivery Status Notification (Failure).
I then tried to access the website and found it was no longer in service, strange as it allowed me to make a purchase only two days before. Long story short, no phone number displayed on their site (vape supplier or Aroma King) is in service, emails bounce back and no one answers their live chat. A quick check on companies house shows KHURANA, Gurdip Singh as the Director.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Produces was cheap

Goods not arrived, I made my purchase from ECigstoreuk but the payment was taken by this lot - Google the companies and owned by Muhammed Irfan Akram. He has held a series of companies doing the same thing, then dissolving them. I am reporting him to Trading Standards - this isn’t just unfortunate, this is deliberate scamming. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MAN!

Ordered 2 Labubu dolls on the 24th July and recieved on the 29th. Got suspicious at 1st when the package arrived as it was is a courier plastic shipping bag. This contained a jiffy bag with the purchase in.

The contents contained two dolls in the plastic sealed bags and 2 flattened boxes the dolls normally come in. The boxes themselves on 1st glance seem odd. There is no sign they have ever been sealed with a glue and ripped open. Where the boxes are opened at the top they boxes are ripped open by pulling at the top of the box across and these have some crude attempt to look like that but the part only goes across centimetre or 2 across. Also the flattened boxes look and feel as if they have never been unfolded and there is no Holograms on the top right of the back of the boxes.

Ok so opened the plastic bags and found the dolls faces to be of poor design and off in places like the eyes. The teeth where of the correct amount but poorly painted and one had paint or ink marks on the forehead. One of the faces was off centre by a centimetre.

I tried to contact the company by the phone number listed on the web site and also the webchat they have onsite. The phone number is unrecognised and on the webchat (When they finally reply) they direct you to email them. Why have either on the site other than to try and reassure potential new customers that they have a range of means to contact them if needed .

Avoid this company like the plague and i will be reporting to trading standards and my credit card provider to get my money back.

I ordered a Labubu blind box. I assumed it would be fake as it was only £11.99 but I couldn't find anything in the description (some sites openly say they are selling replicas)
It arrived in two days so the service is fine. The outer box was flat and appeared real, it had Popmart in the corner, and a QR code that went to the real Popmart site. Sadly the monster inside the packet was laughable. The label said Popmapt and the tag said The Monsetrs. If you love knock-offs save yourself some money by buying one of this straight from Ali Express for less than half the price.

The order was placed almost two weeks ago. The package was supposedly shipped a week ago, but since I received the tracking number, its status hasn’t changed, and I suspect it was never actually sent. I haven’t received any responses to my emails, so I’m leaving this review. If you don’t want to lose your money, don’t order from this site.

Emailed over pictures of package I received and it’s been over 2 weeks without an email back.

They also sell vapes which have been made illegal, would definitely steer clear of this shambles of a company.

Ordered beginning of December and still now have not recieved my order, customer services are shocking, I've sent multiple emails and had very little response and no answer when asking what there going to do about a missing £84 order. Will never use again
