Bad serves
I have waited 2 whole months for my order, and i have received nothing.
I am also waiting on a different order, it hase been 1 month i am still waiting. They promised to work on it but i receive no updates. Instead i always asked where it is.

never trade with this company
never trade with this company, they can't tell you where the item is, they only create a package label and nothing else. and of course withdraw the same money, it is now 2 months since I ordered from them. no package and a lot of money poorer. they only respond sporadically to email and phone. order number Ak20641

Bad contact, still no packages after 7 weeks
After about 7 weeks still not delivered. I have ordered here before and no issue had my package in 2 weeks but now it is getting ridiculous. I tried to mail them like 6 times but they are not responding to any mail I send.

Beware of scam! I will keep giving a bad report on trustpilot, same situation as Ole Nielsen. Scamming EU people since 2024.08.05.

Aroma king have a huge range of flavours and their customer service is great. I ordered several items in different flavours and they called me apologising about one of the flavours being out of stock and allowed me to choose a different one and my delivery was not delayed due to this.
