Wouldn't even give them 1 star to be fair. Bunch of con artists, half the order is missing now uncontrollable to ask where the rest is. Buy at your peril, also took 2weeks to come on next day delivery. Bad people

A third of my order was missing when delivered and I have been waiting since the 17th March for the missing items from my order to be sent out.

I received a very unprofessional response to my initial email which stated that my complaint was under review and I have had no reply to subsequent emails.
The phone number given is not connected to a network and I have had no response on WhatsApp either.
This company are a bunch of scammers. Beware!

Easy to order and select your items. Quick delivery if there are any issues they sort it very fast and keep you updated about your order. Overall good service, great products efficient in each way definitely recommend

Disaster of a company third time of ordering the same thing which on site was in stock after messaging back and forth gave them benefit of doubt and received refund then item came back on site ordered 30th March money took out bank and as of today still not received item emailed company got email back from “TONY” stating was dispatched which was obviously a lie as not received anything and they still have my money. So basically all lies and shocking customer service don’t go near this company 🤬🤬

Where do i start.bad trouble last year with missing items from my delivery.they still advertise items they dont stock.accepted their apology and%20 discount.they emailed to say my order was despatched 13th april.mmmm.i rang on the 17th and they said some items out of stock so i swapped them over the phone and they said i would recieve on 18th.£73 my order and still no sign.absolutely disgusted in service and honour of purchase.please dont order from this company as they are sharks.plenty of choice on internet so just purchase elsewhere with knowledge you get your order.stay away.

I ordered on 4th Feb never received was told numerous lies I contacted my hank raised dispute it took 45 days but I received full refund from bank they even ignored emails from my bank DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

i’m not happy at all , i have emailed messaged and called but all to no avail. I wanted a box of ten different flavours not all one flavour. I was told this was possible but when it arrived it was only one flavour.

if I could give this no stars I would the customer service is very poor my whole order was wrong and I ordered next day deliver it came later than that and he never gave me my refund.i am now stuck with liquid flavours I do not like and paired £40 for the whole order in total and now cannot use any would not recommend at all
