Support completly ignoring customers
Carriers contacted me that order could not be delivered and that its being sent back to the sender.
I contacted AromaKing twice, that the order will be sent back and I would like to recieve money back for the products.
Its been month and no response since.
Seems like they are not responding to any email of customers.
So in the end I dont have product nor the money.
Edit:
after this review I was refunded in 3 days after contacting support again.

Love the choice of flavours,quick delivery hassle free ordering,my only problem is have ordered a few hayati 4000 puffs and there not lasting very long,been new to vaping wasn't sure how long they would last me,but after speaking to many vapers they should last me longer than 1/2 days

First time buyer and last time buyer..
First time buyer and last time buyer... I ordered three vape pens and their website clearly stated they were all available and in stock, 9 hours after ordering, I received an email stating only one was in stock and they only have substitutes or alternatives. I questioned why they were listed as in stock if they are not and was completely ignored, did receive a refund however after a couple of emails. I don't think this company understands the meaning of first impressions count, won't be using them again. Also their landline number listed on their website is also not in use.......

Never received vapes
Ordered vapes Saturday 25th May. Waited until Thursday 30th. Sent E mail was ignored.
Saturday 1st of June Recieved empty bag from Royal Mail inside another bag apolojising for delivering an empty bag and to contact customer services to make a claim. Sent an Email to Aroma King with pictures of empty bag and recieved a respose in very poor broken english I could just about understand. Stated they would re send my items and contact Royal Mail .
It is now Saturday 15th June some 3 weeks later. No Vapes, No refund.
I sent another E Mail yesterday and was ignored. Ive sent about 4 in total I believe.
Update review 19.06.24
Recieved a phone call from Aroma King on 16.06.24 and Apolojised profusely for the lack of service and poor communication. They have now re sent my order which I recieved from Dpd on 18.06.24. Recieved two extra vapes for free as compensation.
I have now updated this review from 1 star to 4 stars. Deducted 1 star because I did not recieve my order untill some 3 weeks later.
Thank you for dealing with my issue in a proffessional manner and for the compensation.

First purchase was faulty, but once this issue was raised, and communicated with Aroma Kung who kindly replaced item with a bonus vape for inconvenience.
Overall experience was good and would definitely use this company in future.
