Very understanding
Very understanding, I missed my order and they sent it straight back out once it was sorted. My boyfriend also ordered vapes from here and I tried them and they were really nice! I also love all of the selection to choose from!

Was initially worried due to some negative reviews but I took the risk and am so glad I did. Good communication and fast delivery. Would have received order earlier but due to the Easter holidays I got it 1st working day after the break. Just one thing to note aroma king would be to send the dispatch email with tracking information provided. Other than that I would 100% recommend Aroma King to anyone looking at these reviews prior to ordering. I did!! As I said was a little worried due to some other reviews but honestly there was no need plus price was fab. Thank you Aroma King

I placed an order for the first time…
I placed an order for the first time with Aroma King and then checked reviews here and was a bit concerned that their service might be poor based on other reviews. However, my order turned up the day after ordering, well packaged and in full working order. Very pleased!

Worst service ever
Worst service ever , it’s a year now since I ordered parcel from them and is been missing since November 2022. So many times asking to give a refund back but since now no money or parcel .
