Very poor packaging one bath bomb chucked in bubble wrap and then in oversized cardboard box

I was looking for beads made from stone but the ones I got seem to be different. Maybe lava?? I’m not an expert but was expecting stone cut and rounded.

This company always and I mean ALWAYS delivers quickly and it's a proper company that has products that WORK and are great! I currently, am writing this with a lovely smell of bubblegum in the air.#

The wax burner arrived smashed to pieces, which caused me to cut my hand whilst opening it. I have emailed with pictures, but have not received a response. It's been over a week.

Cute little thank you card and mini pack of tic-tacs in the delivery. Wax melt bars are lovely.

The wax melts only smelt nice for around 3 hours, then they started to smell like burning, the little glittery bits in the wax started to crackle and pop and covered my worktops in wax, when removing the wax from the burner after it had cooled it was crumbly and all burnt on the bottom, not like real wax, avoid this company

Terrible company DO NOT ORDER from this company. Customer service is non existent!
Placed and paid for an order on the 12th May, and immediately email order confirmation. It is now 24th May and still no signs of my order. I have sent in 2 emails chasing where are my products and NOT received 1 reply to either email!
Wish I had done my homework on this fraudulent company before giving them my money and order, I would had seen I am not the only person with issues encountered through these scammers!!!!

Never received my order and tried to contact seller numerous times and they never got back to me DO NIOT order from this company!

Never recived my order and been totally ignored by the company when asking for a redund the shop app doesnt say its left to even be on its way so i no longer required the order so had to go to my bank to dispute the payment
Would never purchase from here again when you can also get exactly the same elsewere for cheaper

I never received my order I have contacted you with no response

The wrong product was sent. I have emailed on two different occasions, as this company is in breach of the Consumer Rights Act by not providing the product as described. It has been nearly a week and a half since my first email to them, and no response. Will be taking this further if I am not refunded or sent the correct item. Would advise avoiding this company in the future as there is zero customer service. The website says any products that require refunds need to be sent back at the buyers own expense, however if the company have sent the wrong product in the first place, this is not the case, as it is the company's error.
