The wrong product was sent. I have emailed on two different occasions, as this company is in breach of the Consumer Rights Act by not providing the product as described. It has been nearly a week and a half since my first email to them, and no response. Will be taking this further if I am not refunded or sent the correct item. Would advise avoiding this company in the future as there is zero customer service. The website says any products that require refunds need to be sent back at the buyers own expense, however if the company have sent the wrong product in the first place, this is not the case, as it is the company's error.

My order was never dispatched. After multiple attempts to contact via email and social media with no response I had to raise a dispute with my bank to be refunded. Absolutely would not use again.

A nice aroma but short burning time,the Black Orchid were my favourite.

Love aromaluxe wax melts. Always buy my wax melts from here. I ordered just before Xmas and they were shipped within a few hours!

I never received my order and customer service has not responded to any of my emails.

Got half my order unfortunately the courier broke the other half. Aroma said they were sending out a replacement which after nearly 3 weeks haven't received or had a refund.

Unfortunately tried to contact support via email on two separate occasions months apart but no reply. I had a complaint but I was ignored. Unfortunately will not be ordering again as compared to another small business the wax melts smell is next to nothing. The price was ok and delivery was very fast.

I can not believe you have asked for a review, I have sent 4 emails complaining you had not fulfilled my order mixed berry snap bars x 2 were ticked on the order but not in my package.
How nice it would it be to renew my faith in your customer service if you dealt with this!!!!! ha ha chance would be a fine thing

Missing stuff and no reply when emailed your selfs

Quite disappointed with this order. The wax melts smell great when in the packaging but when you melt them, there is the overwhelming smell of alcohol. The crystal candle was also not as expected. All the crystals were loose at the top!

Not much fragrance at all comes off them..

Order never arrived. I emailed multiple times and reached out on social media and never received a response. Would never order from this company again which is a shame as I really like the look of their products.

Products are brilliant long lasting

My parcel arrived today, amazing smells coming from the wax melts when I opened the box. I ordered 2 wax burners too which are beautiful. Lots of personal touches as well. Received items very prompt

Bags of sizzlers came burst all scents mixed together and lots spilled out box during transit
I emailed and didn’t receive anything back
Wouldn’t order again
