The product was delivered quickly. However 2 of the boards were damaged. I have emailed the company to let them know but received no response.

This is my second order for midnight black external cladding and accessories.
The first was for our sauna wall - outside of sauna.
The second for exterior cladding to our extension.
The product is excellent quality and the customer service is also excellent.

From ordering to delivery, the process was seamless. The slatted cladding arrived perfectly packaged and the quality is fab. Our Joiner fitted it this weekend and we're over the moon with the finish.

We ordered several samples before…
We ordered several samples before deciding on slatted cladding, and it was easily the best. The finish is smooth, the colour is rich, and installation was straightforward. It has made such a difference to our garden room and we could not be happier.

Best upgrade we've made to the garden.
The pergola has totally transformed the space. Daytime shade, ambient at night & great cover for the rain, feels like a second living room. Really happy with it.
