Was really impressed with this place…
Was really impressed with this place from start to end. They stock 5 m wide rolls of grass, which meant we could lay our garden without any seams. Loved the sample they sent out so placed an order and was given a delivery date that was much quicker than expected. Delivery guy was an absolute star and helped us get the extra wide roll into our garden. Our gardener laid it for us and the grass looks superb. Saved a fortune doing it this way!

Hi Fiona,
Thank you for taking the time to leave an honest review regarding your sample request issue. I am really sorry to hear that you feel this way. There was a problem with the address inputted onto your form, hence why I tried calling. I did reply to several of your emails and also your comment on our other social media platform, however was still unable to get in contact with you. Maybe the emails were going into your spam folder? I have taken your concerns back to the team so that we can work on approaching something like this better in the future. Again, huge apologies.

The grass arrived quickly customer service called to make sure delivery time was ok. They also called when I ordered the samples to double check it fitted my needs. The grass is really nice I fitted it myself and it was easy to cut. They even sent instructions with the samples. Now I’ve just got to hope it lasts as long as they say it will.

Hi Courtney,
Thank you for your kind review. I can see that you had a roll end of the 38mm Superior. This will have been rolled tight for some time and as this grass is super dense and great quality, it sometimes needs more than a standard brush up. Try a power brush if you can which will lift the pile and give you great 5 star results.
Great service
Great service. As a newly based installer the service and quality of the product is far better then what we’ve used before.
