Artisan has tackled my most custom jobs. Each of these are a case study in difficult application or an impossible finish. They executed and doing the impossible has bumps in the road. They smooth out the bumps and take my tough jobs to the finish line. They deserve the 5 star General in my book.

We have been using Artisan Hardware now for over a year to complete all our barn door jobs and they are fantastic! As a company they are always on time which makes it perfect for our customers.

I am re writing my review. We had an issue on the delivery of the door. After I got in touch with the right person "Davis", he handled everything perfect. My doors arrived the next week and they are beautiful. They compensated me for the issue and were first class on everything. I give them 5 stars.

Artisan hardware took the time to listen to my needs and gave me a perfect solution to my shed door design. Custom measurements worked very well. Would definitely recommend this company for any barn/ shed door hanging hardware and track.

Beautiful barn door handle and quick delivery.

We ordered the hardware for our barn doors from them and couldn't be happier! We have 2 9 ft wood doors EACH weighing about 150 lbs and their hardware holds them securely and glides beautifully! Great quality and look. They were even kind enough to send me a small container of paint to match the rail when my husband accidentally got paint on them that wouodnt wipe off. I will 100% buy from them again!

Initial order I received 10ea used / damaged 1/2" spacers. This delayed my customers project by several days.

Follow on order was better. However, the quality of the spacers received was still less than expected. Holes weren't broached properly leaving them non-concentric. Additionally, the I.D. of the holes were inconsistent, by as much as .025"

We love this hardware. The installation was straightforward and the 'barn door' look has transformed our hallway. Great quality product. Highly recommend this company.

Love our door. Had a few issues when I received it. First it was slightly damaged, but Artisan was more then happy to rebuild or discount and send repair kit. Also, I was unaware that my wall studs where not in the standard location and had my rail predrilled. Had to have them send a new pre-hung rail. Which is the best way to go.

Great service, just disappointed with delivery time and quality of doors.

The doors look nice and are very heavy. The screw heads are stars shaped and no drill drivers was included, so a trip to the hardware store. No extra of the long screws were included and two were stripped put and had to be inserted with vise grips as well as I could. One long screw in a pre drilled hole was crooked and split the wood at the top of the door, I left a message with the company and am still waiting to hear back from them. Two of the angle boards had to be cut to fit, I'm guessing that is because i was not diligent about keeping the doors square but the instruction should emphasize that.

I lover your products however your website is pretty bad form earlier today not being able to use about half the links( you would click and it would just refresh the page you were on) to almost None of your product having real descriptions if I didn’t need your product so bad I wouldn’t have shopped with you. honestly it led to a bad miss order due to the fact that different rails and brackets go together but none of them are labeled well enough to get the right thing... over half of what I ordered didn’t work because of the limited specs available. I will say what you have is good quality but getting what you need is Very difficult!

Sales staff very helpful and when there was a parts shortage in shipment they responded immediately and I had the missing parts the next day as promised!
All parts fitted together without any problem!
I think better instructions and definitely som dimensional drawings would help, especially for a novice!
