We bought several interior doors, the staff in the store are friendly, they helped a lot with the choice. The price turned out to be cheaper than in other stores.

Inferior quality, overpriced and terrible customer service
I made the unfortunate decision to purchase a custom made door from this company. I should have seen these reviews before my purchase. From their website it looks like a company that cares about its product and its customers. However, that is simply a mirage. They proclaim that real wood is used. What they don’t tell you is they put plastic in the wood. The company produces an inferior product at a premium price and provides terrible customer service. You can't get a straight answer from them over the phone. They sell you the product that they want to sell you, not the item that you wanted to purchase. When you contact them to resolve the problem, they do not timely or substantively respond. They do not honor their return policy and couldn't care less about their customers. They are quite arrogant, obnoxious oafs who think they are better than their customers. They shipped me the wrong item and expect me to pay to return it. They have no interest in trying to right their wrongs and are quite arrogant in their treatment of their customers.

Very well made. If you get the beams when installing the hardware your golden.

Order Order #19365 was returned 11/15/19 and have not received the credit. Order #19771 placed on 11/18/19 the Soft Close was not in stock so I told them to send the order and cancel the Soft Close as I did not want it anymore. On 12/02/19 received email stating the Soft Close was shipped. It is now 12/17 and have not received the Soft Close or my refund.

I have used this company before and had no issue. Not sure what happened this time but wonder if they were impacted by the process of being bought out by another company.
Hardware was shipped with improper paperwork. I was told that I would have to deal with FedEx - even though I had nothing to do with the improper paperwork. I made several attempts to resolve the issue with FedEx but they still ended up sending back to sender (Artisan Hardware/new name of company). I placed the order three weeks ago and it just arrived back with sender. I considered giving an extra star because the customer service rep was relatively responsive (I didn't have to wait long for a response) but they did not attempt to resolve the issue or offer any compensation. Very frustrating...and still waiting for the shipment.

Missed promised 3-4 week delivery time. At 5 weeks notified still several weeks out.

Purchased a door over 4 weeks ago. Was told it would take 3-4 weeks. Checked in a 3 weeks and was told it should be ready next week. Checked in week 4 and was told it’s now under new management, Rustica and that it would take another 4-5 weeks. Still waiting for my door.

It took to long to arrive. It was promised "next week" twice and still didn't make it. I was told that they just went through a buy out and were in transition. They promised me two day shipping to make up for it. Once it finally shipped it took a week. (they didn't do the two day shipping) They contractor I hired to do the job is gone and on another project now and he's not sure when he can make it back.

Everything worked as advertised. High quality hardware.

We had a specific size for our barn door rail, the ordering was super easy; customer service was awesome when explaining how to list my rail needs.

Great hardware, exactly what I wanted. PERFECT!

Service was great products were shipped immediately and got here in a very timely fashion. The rails and wheels were just fine they were exactly what I needed and work well for my application. My only real disappointment was that the powder coating on the wheel brackets flaked off. This was not a problem for me and my particular case however had I been using this tracking and wheels on the inside of my home I would have been very disappointed.

This Company is set up to ship to buyer. I live close by so I opted to pick up my order at the shop. I was not notified when the order was ready but was able to pick up the complete order when I was ready. otherwise 5 Stars.
I ordered custom double bypass door hardware. They explained and ordered to fit my specs. Quick manufacturing time. Delivered as ordered. Product heavy duty, great finish, easy installation, I will enjoy building my own custom doors to finish the project.

Nice service even on a cancellation

NO QUALITY CONTROL. Did not meet deadline for expedited production, however, the extra charge was refunded. Did not meet request for expedited shipment and guaranteed delivery date. Did not ship hardware needed to install sliding barn door tracking. When I called for an overnight delivery of all missing hardware, I was told the shop foreman, Davis, was no longer employed there and that the shop was being moved and they were unable to locate my hardware. I am currently requesting a full refund of all hardware charges because I had to cure and buy required hardware via Amazon.Com. They did not send any barn door touch up paint. I was told that they would, let's see if that comes to fruition. The barn doors I purchased although well made and attractive are much heavier than I was led to believe. In fact, for indoor sliding barn doors, they are unnecessarily heavy. I believe that the sales person, Amanda, was trying to be helpful and hope that she will continue to be so by providing a full refund for the company's failure to ship hardware. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and as stated above, the company appears, at least in my case, to have suffered from a severe lack of QUALITY CONTROL !!!
