We ordered and paid for an $1800 bathroom door in early May. Six weeks went by with zero communications or otherwise. Website indicated “unfulfilled. I finally call and leave a “voicemail”. Next couple days I start getting phone calls from some shipping company I’ve never heard of. On second or third call (remember, I don’t know who they are) the caller starts threatening something about storage costs, reshipping fees and the like. They eventually just left a 350lb box in front of my garage.

Not the best customer experience. Doors look fine so far, not mounted.

I found Artisan Hardware from online searches for barn doors. I loved the variety/selection and the reviews seemed good. The company felt legit and the products more authentic that what I could get from Lowes or Home Depot. I went through the online process of ordering without contacting Artisan's customer service. Big recommendation: Use their customer support to ensure your order is exactly what you need. I placed an order and it arrived in about 3 weeks. With the crating, the shipment is heavy so be prepared with folks to offload and move it. I ended up having issues with my delivery, and the door was damaged (unusable and unfixable). I took video and photos and filed a claim with Artisan. Their staff really stepped up. I got a call and we worked out a solution. The folks there are really helpful.

Beautiful hardware! Great quality and it looks so great with our barn yard slider door. We bought the bronze color and it is truly exactly what we were looking for.

Both the product and service was excellent.

We ordered our door completely assembled and the soft close and door handles were not installed on it. The door handles were tarnished haven't put up door due to door handle issue. Left message about issue and have not received a return call yet

Great product which arrived very quickly and was what was asked for. Good company to deal with. I would definitely buy from them again.

Found hardware to be nice looking, but installation instructions for soft open and soft close was very vague and all the hardware has no adjustment. Screws sent out were bugle head but the the hardware was not countersunk for bugle head screws; so all the screws sat up above metal: not very attractive. In the end we drilled and and worked on the hardware until it had a quality finished look, but for the money payed I think more could be done by the manufacturer.

Barn door hardware was high quality, and installation was relatively straightforward. One missing part, but this was shipped right away once I called.

I had some questions about the products and when I called they were always helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. From ordering to shipping it went smooth and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the product. Thanks so much!

We have ordered the metal panels twice now. We loved them for the first project so decided to add them to another door project. Great product, great customer service. We have already shared this website with many friends.

Service is top notch. I called to get some technical details before I placed my order and they were very knowledgeable about their product.
