Hi Susan, Thanks for your review. We are sorry your not totally satisfied. I looked back on your order and I can see you did leave gift note details and we included it. However the gift note gave no indication as to who it was from.
We would never assume to include the sender name unless the gift note specifically says it. Occasionally people do actually want their gift to be anonamous.
A repeat repeat customer for a reason !!
I have ordered multiple artwood pieces as gifts over the years . They are consistently of the highest quality and uniquely beautiful . Customer service is simply excellent .
I will continue to be an Artwood customer and love their products .
