Without a doubt the best place to buy Aspire hardware. Iv used some of the other Aspire companies but this company always works out cheaper because delivery charges are much lower compared to others. 5 star all day long.

Ordered the wrong coils by mistake, contacted customer service and the matter was resolved very quickly. Will definitely use Aspire eCig in the future.

Initially, Aspire eCig UK were very good at responding but now they have repeatedly ignored a genuine question about cleaning a tank.

I've tried multiple times to get a response and got nowhere. It is very disappointing.

I don't recommend them, get your eCig products from somewhere else that understands customer service.

Paid for some coils and delivery, and they never turned up, various Emails and no reply, regular checking emails and junk box. Total scammers do not waste your money.

Aspire Speeder, great piece of kit giving a really good Vape, problem is the battery compartment cover, I have had to replace twice already which I have to but in from the USA as I cannot get a reply from anyone in the UK. Concern here is the 18650 batteries of which this unit uses two, I have already had one of these batteries short out in a bag and set fire to the bag so having a poor quality battery lid clip gives me great concern with this product. Aspire are aware of this issue but continue to sell with no concern.

I purchased a Tigon kit a couple of months ago and it is now unusable as it leaks everywhere. I have tried calling but it goes to a full voicemail box. The product has leaked all over my carpet and hand bag and can not be charged anymore because there is liquid in the charging section. Please do not purchase this product. I am waiting for a full refund!! 28212

Bought complete kit and again another battery. Both batteries were useless after two/three months. Emailed last week to ask about this and no responses as yet. Seems they are great when you don't have any issues but once one arrives they couldn't care less as they have already taken your money.

Highly recommend. I ordered the wrong coils and they resolved the matter very quickly. Had great communication throughout the process. Will be using this company more often.

Been using this company for over 2 years now with no issues. The products are fantastic and the service is brilliant. I purchase 2 or 3 times a month and the delivery is always on time. I’ve had great communication with them and find them really helpful. I currently use the Aspire pockex vape, great piece of kit. I highly recommend this company, all my family and friends use them and all are very happy with the service.

Got a aspire rover x30 ecig completly faulty battery. Don't read the coil very disappointed. Ive tried ringing for 2 days straight. Sent emails even sent a message on social media. Haven't had a reply on any. Wouldn't recommend this site at all very disappointed

I bought an Aspire Nautilus tank and battery over five years ago and it has with stood daily use hanging from my neck on a lanyard. I am impressed that it has maintained consistent flavor of the vapor with only occasional replacement of the atomizer. I have t had any problem with leaking although my wife's Nautilus has developed a leak we have been unable to diagnose or remedy. I still remain a fan ....she, of so much.

Friends recommended this brand to me. After trying their aspire e cig I bought two and haven't looked back. the quality and design of the product are amazing. Feel good knowing if I do have any issues aspire are reputable and I'm sure anything would be resolved 100%.

On leaving a review, stating a problem that they didn't deign to answer, I received a response requesting I contact customer service again....I have done that twice and still received no reply....appalling.

Bought aspire nautilus kit, along with a spare battery and some accessories. The battery in the kit was faulty...discharging the moment it was used. I contacted the customer services to request a replacement...still awaiting a response 2 weeks later....would not recommend.

I ordered the espire premium kit, I had a bit of trouble when coming to pay. 30 mins after ordering I received a telephone call from customer services that I had ordered 2 kits did I realise obviously I only wanted one. How many companies would do that. The product is brilliant gives a good vape and I can slip in my pocket. I gave up smoking due to a heart attack and this has really helped me.
