Excellent service !!! I have had my washing machine covered with assure guard for the last 3 years never had a problem with the service and very helpful. I rang regarding the breakdown on my machine and was assist by a very helpful young lady, who was very polite. They had my machine replaced for me, that I am very happy with.

Been with assureguard for the past 3 years and I’ve had no issues with my machines! Unfortunately my cooker went wrong on Monday and a kind young lady called me back promptly and dealt with it with high professionalism! I now have a brand new cooker and I have been baking cookies this afternoon! Thank you assureguard!

I had a Service Plan with AssureGuard over a 3 year period (2018 - 2021). When a fault developed with my Washing Machine I was told it was not repairable due to its age and no engineer would attend to examine the fault.

I was alternatively given a number of unsatisfactory options; however on reviewing the T&C found them questionable. On relaying this I found myself being challenged by an extremely Combative, Aggressive and Unprofessional Customer Service Advisor named Sara who was Argumentative and Rude at every encounter.

I consequently had to write to the Director citing the AssureGuard Pledge/Mission Statement to “..provide top quality customer service and speedy fault resolution.." and "..getting things fixed as quickly and conveniently as possible is our number one priority.”

AssureGuard's response:
"We are sorry we were not able to meet your high standards with regards to our service levels."

Totally laughable really as the "high standards" is their Pledge/Mission Statement, about their very own service levels, found on their website??

Poor Customer Service, coupled with an inability to take responsibility for that is an unfortunate combination and not the Customer Experience/Journey one expects in today's business climate.

I eventually received a surprise refund and thankfully no longer have to use/liaise with this company.

I have had some issues with my DeskTop affecting completing this review - but thank you for kindly keeping count.

It is a shame this level of scrutiny was not available to ensure I had a more positive Customer Service experience.
