I bought the Storyteller plan because I needed to record an audio track and had issues with my audio quality when I was using Audacity. The audio quality editing tools in Podcastle are super easy to use and the quality was dramatically improved. I then upgraded to the Pro plan because I wanted to try using the AI voice to mimic my own voice. The voice sounded exactly like me! The process of creating it was super easy, I just had to read out about 70 sentences. However the AI track turned out not to be suitable for what I wanted, as it didn't have my personality, so I requested a refund of the upgraded portion. This was handled rapidly and courteously. I will consider getting the upgrade in the future when my needs change and for now am really glad to be using the Storyteller plan for the audio quality. This was my first venture into AI for audio and I'm really pleased with the customer service I got from Podcastle, which is to me the most important feature.

I've been podcasting for more than three years, using separate elements/software to pull my show together, but the power of this platform allows me to create my whole production in one place, including recording interviews online by having guests click on a link, recording them in excellent audio quality. And editing from transcription? It's an incredible timesaver, one that I've been teaching myself using this software. I am in love with this platform, and astounded at all of the features you get on the free tier, which allows you to explore and learn and try things out. I will definitely subscribe sometime soon. Customer service has been a delight! Very responsive and and answered all of my questions. Looking forward to continue my work with them.

Podcastle is an easy to use program BUT it glitches constantly. It is very frustrating when trying to review your work and it makes you very unsure as to whether your work is unreliable or it is just the audio glitching after edits.

I love this program, it is very user friendly, however if the glitching issues continue we may have to jump to another program.

Also several loading issues- could be a human error though.

Given these considerations, deciding between a three-star and a four-star rating is challenging. For those prioritizing ease of use and AI enhancements in podcast creation, Podcastle.ai might deserve four stars. However, for podcasters who need more comprehensive features like advanced analytics, promotional tools, and extensive collaboration and hosting services, a three-star rating could be more appropriate.

I’ve had such a great experience with the customer service here. I had questions about the platform prior to deciding to make the switch from my existing host. They were prompt and thorough in answering me. What they offer is wonderful and will work for most anyone, but for my needs after using the platform for a few weeks, it’s lacking in a couple important areas for me. I still stand by my review because it will work for almost everyone’s needs. I just need more from certain areas. They’ll get there though.

When I first decided that I wanted to try to create my own Podcast I had no idea where to start. So My wife searched the web and one of the videos she sent me was about podcastle.ai So I watched it and it seemed like something that I could do. I would like to say that technology is not my strong point. But I went ahead and took that leap. The first episode that I was able to publish took a while for me because I was unfamiliar with the process. But Podcastle was so user friendly that it made the process actually enjoyable!! So I stuck with it. Now I’m able to let my creativity develop in a different way every single episode that I have been able to publish. One thing that I would like to be able to do is load two uncut episodes and be able to edit them together to make one. That way I would be able to create even more with possible teasers, trailer or a Greatest Hits type episode. And also since my podcast is centered around sports I would like to be able to add more sports related sounds to my episodes. Finally I would like to say honestly that the entire team at podcastle has been Great!!! Podcastle is really easy to use. I am one person who is not good with digital matters but podcastle has really made things easy for me. I was starting a podcast and I was looking for an app that is simple to use where I can record and upload my episodes. I found podcastle and I did not bother sampling a different app. I also love the layout and the simplicity in navigation. Also, the quality of the sound is great. Somehow, there is not much back-gound noise, which is great and the sound is very good. At first I struggled a bit especially when editing and adding music in the background. However, I asked for help and I was immediately assisted and directed to the right place. I am here to stay. So far, so good.

Decided to trial this for a recorded interview. The software is so easy to use and allows you to make and edit video recordings with ease - trust me, if it wasn't easy I wouldn't have been able to sort it. I had some issues with the location and it meant that I couldn't upload the videos at first but their team was at hand to help me out and make sure it worked perfectly. Will definitely use this as a go-to for future recordings.

As someone who had zero experience with audio editing and podcasting, Podcastle made the experience so easy and enjoyable. The program is super user-friendly and the results are amazing.The fact that you can undo whatever action you took, the auto-leveling, the magic dust, they all help in creating a smooth and professional result. The one thing I would suggest adding is more sound effects.

Podcastle has been extremely easy to use, and there have been helpful improvements over the last three months. It takes a while to generate transcripts, especially for multiple guests - but I will run the transcripts while I finalize the thumbnails on another app. There is an excellent selection of free music and sound effects for use in your podcasts as well. The autosave is also a blessing and you can restore deleted sections of audio easily.

I use podcastle every time I need to edit my podcast, from uploading the episodes, to adding special sounds and music and I absolutely love it. Very easy to use and early-user friendly. When I began my road as a podcaster I found a bunch of expensive and really hard to use apps but when I found podcastle, I just stopped looking. Is not the perfect app and it could improve a lot, but it covers all my needs as a noob podcaster. (I started using it 9 months ago)
