Love podcastle. I came across it online while i was looking for a platform I can start my recording as a newbie. Must say its easier than i thought and the team was in contact with me when i needed help so i appreciate that a lot. I would recommend Podcastle to everyone and the subscription is at a good price compared to others.

I have put off starting my podcasts due to a lack of tech knowledge and equipment. Pocastle has made podcasting so easy even I can do it! And if I can, you can too!
But most importantly, Podcastle has real customer service, with humans that take time to understand your question or concern and then help you address it. Podcastle it's a very easy to use and complete software for podcasters.
You can record completle online in separate voice tracks, invite your guests and than edit and save your show. It is a kind of Audacity but completely online.
The team is amazing and very kind, I had a little issue and they discovered and solved the bug very quickly.
For me one of the best free software for podcasting.

We are brand new to the podcast world and after trying to edit on Garage Band and researching how to post to the various podcast services I found Podcastle recommended in several You Tube videos. Wow. This is SOOO much easier for editing, the tutorials are super helpful and before I knew it I had 10 episodes ready to roll out! These included musical intros with voice overs thanks to the free music library in Podcastle. All the extra editing tools to make the audio sound even better are a real bonus too.

Podcastle has been key in producing my podcasts because it offers so many tools in one place. Due to varying degrees of interview sound quality, I needed a product that could auto-level the voice files while reducing echoes and background noise — Podcastle does all of this and more, including offering background music and storing my uploaded audio files.

Customer service, which I contacted about getting past invoices, was quick and focused, and I got what I needed right away.

I started my own podcast for the cost of a mic and a subscription. They really make it easy. I was able to use the studio to make an intro and outro theme. For each episode, I just record the audio on the site, add in the intro and outro, edit with their easy to use tools, and then Podcastle auto-distributes my podcast.

For any question I've had, the help desk has quickly gotten back to me and solved my problems. I haven't used the video or transcription tools, so I can't speak to their quality, but the basic audio stuff has been cake.

If you're new to the podcasting game, check out Podcastle, they're a cheap and quality service.

DO NOT USE! They are an awful software with even worse customer service that just wants to lock you into your billing cycle and force you to pay subscriptions without compromising.

embarking on this new Journey- I had heard alot about podcastle ai. After using it for a month or so I have had such a fun time navigating through the software. The team has also been such a great help with any questions and they retrieved one of my videos with out hesitation. So far I am impressed and will continue using Podcastle ai.

THE BUGGIEST PLATFORM!

I am trying to use this app for a long time, it has good features however, it is buggy. The imported clear audio starts breaking and glitching, the ruler is not synched to the voice, if you record from the platform, that audio also sucks...

Addition to that, customer support sucks as well, different people get in touch with you and ask the same questions again and again.......

They really need to focus on their infrastructure and customer service excellence...

Podcastle software did not take my part on the audio of our podcast.
I thought it was a great idea to switch to podcastle to exploit the audio and video, but I was wrong.
The support was poor in helping, and could not get my audio back.
I lost a lot on this. I do not recommend it.

As someone who has almost no editing experience and just all around hardly knows how technology works- Podcastle has been extremely easy to use. I've noticed a few reviews say there have been glitches and this is true however I have never lost my audio or had an editing error because of this(I will simply rewind or get out of the specific audio I'm recording and go back to listen and it sounds perfect)- I speak to the customer service A LOT and they have always gotten back to me and always help me solve the issue and confusion I have.

I was worried about starting a podcast, but Podcastle made everything easy! Even when I had a technical difficulty, the team got back to me early the next day and helped me solve it.

Podcastle.IA is easy for new podcasters like me.
I love the process of creating a new episode. The edition was easy, the tools are simple and clear to understand.

Great platform. Great customer service

I am new to podcasting, and I was looking for a platform that would be easy for a novice. This is it. I have had fun learning how to use it. It's very user-friendly and forgiving! When I had an issue, the team was there to help, and the problem was resolved. Just had to make sure the guest was using Chrome and the browser.

Being new to remote podcasting, I was daunted at first but the team at Podcastle solved a technical issue quickly and I was happy with the record. Great service.

Used this service for some voice over work I needed for some PowerPoint Presentation on Technical Training. We had lost 1/3 of the Live Presentation Video, and had no way to record it over. So I was able to write the talking points and add the audio files to the Slides and send it out to participants. Worked Great! I got some help on some features like delaying and spacing the person talking (BEN) from Agent Lisa very quickly. Will use it again, and will try the voice over with my now voice......

Podcastle itself is a decent program. I didn't get to fully utilize it before some unfortunate life changes. Our org was looking into new software and I went to Podcastle to send them some info. I found out I had been paying 30 a month for 5 months. I could have swore I cancelled, but who knows, however the customer service was poor and their refund policy is borderline predatory.

I highly recommend other options, by 2024 there are quite a few alternatives that I would check out first.
