Refund Failure
Placed an order for shirt on 8th June 2026, payment cleared through bank on 15th; received message from company that shirt was out of stock, unable to supply. Requested refund from them. Despite FIVE requests to the company, numerous apologies & excuses, by 21st September, still no refund. Appalling service from major company.

I would be a lot happier if Atlas For…
I would be a lot happier if Atlas For Men UK did trousers with different inside leg lengths. As of before when I bought a pair of jeans from you the inside leg length was 33.5 inches meaning I had to cut off 2 inches and glue another 2 inches up to get my length. It's a waste and a bloody nuisance to have to do each time I have trousers or jeans from AFM. I could go elsewhere but your prices are very good for the pocket/wallet.

Service was great, as was delivery and cost.
However quality of items was not up to your usual standard. Had I not thrown the packing and paperwork away anticipating your usual quality standard I would have sent at least one of the items back.

NON-PAYMENT OF REFUND.
Have been waiting since last January for a refund. Every time I phone I just get all kind of excuses. E-mails and letters go unanswered. As they are in breach of their terms and conditions I am in the process of completing forms for an official complaint to the Information commissioner. Shame really as up to this point the customer service was excellent.

Purchase 2 types of polo shirts
Purchase 2 types of polo shirts, wore 1 of each and both were washed, both shrank considerably. However Atkas for men say cannot return washed clothes. How else can you know they will shrink. I would expect everyone who bought therlse polos had the same experience, wear once throw away?

Delivery and refund process awful
Ordered some T shirts for my husband, which took well over to weeks to arrive. Returned as he did not like them and the material was awful. Asked for a refund and they said 30 days despite confirming they have received the parcel back. Still no refund after 40 days. Awaiting reply.

Ordered a load of items for the elderly person I care for,much need items.firstly waited over 2weeks for a delivery attempt.secondly there is zero email or text message updates about ur orders or delivery process meaning you constantly have to take the time to call the company to try find out anything.then to be told that a delivery attempt was made on a day that you know you were in ALL day.then told to wait a around another 3/4 days for another attempt!that wasn’t made either so called company to be told that your items are being returned to sender due to no proper address on your account!utter rubbish again.the full address is there on my account I check these things religiously before submitting anything.also that is conflicting information as if a delivery attempt to my address was made then how did the second attempt fail due to no proper address.so now 3/half weeks later still waiting for my clients refund for it all!iv contacted them a few times about this but nobody seems to really be interested in sorting it out.never again will I attempt to buy from this company.I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed by the whole experience with them.I thought they were a reputable company.

Top marks again. Wonderful company, lovely items and my friend is delighted with the sweater,boxer shorts and Polo shirt.
These items arrived on the 10th September, his birthday so right on time.
This is my 2nd order with Atlas and I have been more than pleased with the promo delivery, well packed items and really well made attractive clothes.

A refund 2 months over due was promised…
A refund 2 months over due was promised to be with me by the end of July. It is now September and still no sign of any money being returned. I will admit that they did not say what year they would pay it, so it seems that they want me to die so they do not have to pay out.

People, don't buy anything from Atlas For Men!!!
They are scammers. They don't issue refunds for returns—not even when you have proof of shipment. If you pay by bank transfer, they claim they never received the payment.
This has been going on for nearly a year now, and I still haven't received a refund. I’ve sent dozens of emails, but there’s always a different excuse. This company cannot be trusted.
Think twice before you start...
You are asking me for information regarding my refund for the umpteenth time now. This proves once again just how dysfunctional your customer service is. I have already sent and replied to dozens of emails containing all the details—as well as the bank statements you requested. Now you are asking for all that information again. I will not stop complaining until the refund is received. And yes... in multiple languages and on various websites.
This is a calculated strategy to keep making aggrieved customers resubmit their details until they get fed up and give up... But not with me!
This incompetence has to stop at some point!
