Still haven't received parcel
Had an email to say at Delivery Depot on 1st August it is now the 7th
When queried with Atlas they said it was due to the Heatwave.
Postmen and women are still delivering ok so why not Evri?
Been a customer for years and quality of merchandise is excellent but very disappointed with this latest glitch

Good quality products. Fits well and is stylish. Arrived within a few days of ordering.Delivered in good condition by a friendly courier.

Placed an order, received notice that it was with courier, around 6 weeks later told it was delivered to the parcel shop to be collected, parcel shop hadn't received it, courier said it hadn't been delivered to parcel shop and they were going to look for it. Atlas seemed to blame me for closing the option of parcel shop. Said they had refunded, but no refund arrived.

This company is ok - the clothes are quite good and are priced well. But be careful, their returns service is atrocious - it takes weeks and you get no acknowledgement that they've received the goods. It feels like they don't want to deal with returns.

Place order for 5 tee shirts , never received , they admitted courier had lost delivery and agreed to refund in 2/3 days . After various requests for refund and one month later I contavted my bank , refund in account next day !! Would never use again .

I ordered goods in November 2025 and after a few weeks, I contacted customer services to ask where my order was. In reply I was told that the items I ordered were no longer in stock and wouldn't be re-stocked. I would be sent a refund; I am still awaiting that refund after numerous exchanges of emails with customer services, who actullay told me at one point that the company was in administration, which was casuing delays to refunds; rubbish! I then wrote to Head Office in Paris, in both English and French, and got no response. My last resort was to write an official complaint to the company giving then 14 days to respond to my complaint befor referring it to Trading Standards; they didn't. I am now seeking advice from Citizens Advice so as to complain to Trading Standards.
I don't understand why this has happened as I have bought numerous items over many years from Atlas for Men with no problem and like many other TP posts, I have found the clothing to be good quality at a good price. They no longer send me catalogues and they have £39.98 of my money. They are in breach of trading standards and fraudulently operating. I would advise everyone to stay clear of Atlas for Men.

The reply From Atlas for Men is exactly the same email I got months ago. It is an AI or other computerised response, similar to many others that you will find on Trustpilot. It clearly demonstrates their lack of empathy with customers and is pathetic. They still have my £39.98 and how long does it take to change banks? This is a blatant lie generated by AI or their computerised systems. Atlas for Men is a disreputable company and need to be investigated by Trading Standards.

Im Portal steht "schnelle Lieferung" am 31.07. bestellt ,heute 05.08. Nichts aber auch gar nichts passiert.Kunden werden hier nur getäuscht.

Excellent value for money, as always.

Goods are great no problem it was the time it took to deliver them that was the problem.

Recieved items for the price very cheap
But material not as expected
Returned items next day on the 23rd july
Have not had an email saying they have them and as yet no mention of a Refund

Items returned to AFM and delivered to them on 1st May have still not be credited back to me, every time I call them or message them or email them, they keep apologizing and say it will be done soon................HOW LONG DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO WAIT?????.......Today is the 3rd August AFM got my goods on 1st MAY................Disgusting................
