The Atlas website is every easy to use and the order is always fulfilled correctly. The free gifts are great too.
But best and most of all the quality of the clothing and shoes is excellent.

Very happy with items ordered. The delivery took alot longer than we thought. I think if items are out of stock, all other items should be delivered first. I know that means an extra delivery but customers should not be waiting for all items if there is only an odd item out of stock. Quality is good. Need more updates regarding items as said above

Absolute con. Three times now, an advert has popped up on my Facebook page, with the same deal that doesn’t exist. 6 button neck T Shirts reduced from £84.90 to £19.99. Too good to be true? Yep. When you click on the link nothing happens. When you visit the website, they are £84.90, or half price if you buy 2. I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole.

If you sent me the wrong size, you replaced it with the right size and no argument.

I returned a Medium size denim shirt on 24th June seeking an exchange to small. Today, 8 weeks and several emails later, I received my exchange...another Medium! The Medium is much more like a large, even extra large, uk size. Quality is fine. Service is terrible. No more shopping with Atlas for me.

1. Has taken between these guys & their so called courier Evri, 4 weeks to deliver & only just.
2 NOT given any option to fast track your order, even if we have to pay for it.
3. After waiting 2 weeks, Only to be told order lost.
4. Re-ordered, As I needed these Items, Again , took 2 weeks to arrive.
5 Evri, you really are useless at delivering, Not only did you not see the printed Instruction, "If no reply, leave over side fence", But left it exposed on my front door, for anyone to take. My neighbour took it In. Else it would of been £50.00 down the drain.
PUT SIMPLY ~ JUST AVOID

After reading several reviews on refunds... or lack of them, it appears that I'm not the only one!
I have been waiting on refunds since May 2026 and each time I ring customer services, I get told the same thing, we are in the process of exchanging banks and your refund will be with you shortly.
I have been shopping with them for years and never experienced anything like this before, which is very sad. There has been no communication or explanation from them at all.
Looking at the responses back from Atlas For Men, they seem to be apologetic, but offer no solution!
I wonder how long we are going to have to wait?

Easy ordering and quick delivery. Items always good quality and fit.

Why dose it take over six weeks to get an exchange item .returned on 15 /7 but after e.mail from company told not to expect exchange until 30/8. Why so long .

I purchased four polo shirts, all size medium with the same logo but in different colours. When they arrived, I carefully measured the chest sizes and the lengths from the tops of the collars. Here are the results:

Burgundy - chest 112 cm and length 70 cm
Navy Blue - chest 108 cm and length 78 cm
Blue - chest 118 cm and length 73 cm
Sky Blue - chest 112 cm and length 78 cm

I have had this problem in the past when ordering from AFM. Inconsistent sizing seems to be an on-going issue.

Always good value for money,a choice of products
in all sizes.
A little slow on delivery sometimes.

Orders are taking much longer to process and send out, so we seem to wait ages for the order delivery - out of stock/sold out items are not being automatically refunded either; I had to call the Company twice to query delivery and stock availability - and was shocked to find out that when you dial Atlas for Men from the UK it is a premium number that you call - £28 for 2x very short telephone calls! I had to ring them, as sadly no one answers my emails! Quickly becoming disenchanted with the Admin side of this organisation which is a shame, as their clothes are usually rather good.

EDIT REPLY TO ATLAS FOR MEN RESPONSE: You HAVE taken payment for an out of stock item - we are STILL waiting for 2 packs of trousers, and the cream top was out of stock - you've taken payment for ALL the items - including the OOS top. Please don't fabricate truth.

Mixed feelings about this firm. Husband likes to order as its one of the few places that give a paper catalogue.
His men's clothes seem ok - and he prefers to order this way than browsing websites.
Trouble ordering as they have the items expensive with a reduction using codes - but I could not find the one on our booklet so ordered somethign else.
Ordered a handbag for myself - supposedly done from £40 to £20 and I paid about £11 I think - its going back - the biggest load of cheap rubbish I've ever seen - not even worth picking up from the floor if you came across it - let alone paying for it - and material is so cheap looking - much worse than all the Shein bags I have ever seen!

UPDATE - thanks for the reply - we are grateful that you still do paper catalogues - as lots of people still want to use them. I have added a star for that.
I'll be returning the bag - not so easy here with EVRI - local post office nor my parcel drop takes them. So i'll pay for postage at the PO.
Yes really disappointed with the bag - very cheap looking 'leather effect' - in fact worst I have seen - as even the cheap Shein and Temu bags actually look quite good - even if made from toxic fabrics!
Its the DANIEL HECHTER camel bag - which I thought might be quite nice and I googled the name first to make sure it was a legitimate brand.

Absolutely useless company, I ordered three pairs of jeans.
No update on order and tracking number does not exit.
Three emails to customer service, replied with standard AI platitudes, still no jeans, no human response, disgusting customer service. I want my jeans or refund now!!!!
I definitely would not recommend this company.
Sadly looking at previous reviews it seems this is the normal bad practice of this company.
There is no excuse for this, get your act together and treat your customers in a timely, professional manner. Sort out your stock control, shipping times and customer service.

From ordering to delivering very good and quick product well presented and good quality fits well and looks good very pleased

I begrudge even putting one star, I returned goods in March, and only this week I have finally received the £68 that they owed me, with excuse after excuse and no compensation. Please stay away from them, they tell you lie after lie and are making money on people that are due refunds.

Still haven't received parcel
Had an email to say at Delivery Depot on 1st August it is now the 7th
When queried with Atlas they said it was due to the Heatwave.
Postmen and women are still delivering ok so why not Evri?
Been a customer for years and quality of merchandise is excellent but very disappointed with this latest glitch
