Their products really work. I am using their Pro-Age products and they are amazing. I do have one request that you make the print larger on the bottles for old eyes.
I found what I was looking for on the website. It was easy to order. Shipping was free as I ordered enough for that. The shipping took longer than I thought it would be. All the products I ordered are very nice. I especially like the shampoo and the liquid hand soap. I will buy Attitude products again.

I ordered coconut and wild berries body wash on the website and was sent a different product, called White Tea Leaves. When I emailed customer service they told me the product name and bottle had been changed. The product I received does not smell at all like coconut or berries. Why not update your website to reflect the new name? This is misleading and an awful way to conduct online sales. They didn’t offer anything as far as a replacement goes. The website still calls the product coconut and wild berries. Very disappointing.
It's been 2 weeks since I made my order. It's not traceable and support is not responding. I'm having awful experience with them.
I ordered baby products as the baby came early and needed them urgently. We waited more than a week after the delivery date, and there was no movement in the shipment. When we reached out, was told the shipment was damaged, and when we requested expedited shipping, that was declined. Wish they were proactive in monitoring delays and/or were willing to make things right by sending us the products asap.

Overall it was a good experience ordering from Attitude but there are some issues with the delivery times and notifications, especially with the Shop app. There will be times when I order and the order does show up for a while, saying it is still being processed and then it arrives or vice versa. It will say it is going to be here on a specific day and then there are 3 or 4 delays.

Products are nice, shipping is slow and customer service is terrible. Once they ship it to you, any problems and you're on your own. No returns, no refunds, no contact phone number - email only, with canned replies.

This company is run like a community college program. Broke and unmotivated.
Impossible to reach customer support and it’s been 7 days and still no update on an order. Is the soap made to order? Unbelievable.

Aside from all the email reminders to rate the product everything was amazing! I love that this is a Canadian brand that is non-toxic. They have such mesmerizing sense for their hand, soaps, and all their packaging is sustainable.

I put in a very large order for everything, shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen and body wash and for some reason i only got 7 items. I am certain if I didn’t reach out and ask where my other products were, they would not have bothered to notice that the order was incomplete. This happened to be before and and I must be a glutton for punishment because I ordered again. It is a shame that they can’t send the items in a complete order! And I could not use the coupon that they send with the items. Basically, you have to send them an email for everything that is wrong and can’t call customer for support. Then they don’t respond for 3 days. I wish I didn’t like most of their products because it’s just a pain to order online and not have quicker response for something that goes wrong!
