Attune have closed some of their centres so that means longer travel times. Also some of the products (ie hearing aids) they supply to customers can only be dealt with through them. This is fine u... Ver más

Aspley Hearing centre Queensland

I visited Aspley Hearing centre today 1st April at 10-30am in Queensland, to have my annual check up with The Magnificent
Karen Pedley
Karen has been my Audiologist for 15 years now and shows me great support every time I visit. Has the perfect manners towards her clients as we go through all that has to be done.
Nothing is ever to much for Karen.

I am so happy with my experiences at…

I am so happy with my experiences at attune, the staff and with the lyric hearing aid. You can just pop it in and forget about it for 8 weeks at a time. Daniella and her team are always available if you have a problem. It’s definitely made an improvement in my quality of life.

I visited Carnegie Attune this morning .
As it was my first hearing test Mina took the time to reassure me and explain what she was going to do and why .
She went through the results with me and answered very clearly any queries I had .
She has such a professional and friendly manner .

Do NOT recommend!!

We took our 2 year old daughter for a hearing test in January at the Wickham Tce branch. The male audiologist made a very quick judgement and thought it appropriate to tell us he thinks our daughter has autism or ADHD. He also made numerous comments that her behaviour was not “normal”. As first time parents we were shocked and upset (I was in tears). No reassurance or comfort or so much as a tissue was offered. After leaving we have discussed with our GP as well as other medical professionals all of whom agree that this was highly inappropriate for the audiologist to say this. He is not qualified to diagnose these things, merely to test hearing. I certainly would NOT recommend anyone else to go there. Bedside manner has left a lot to be desired.

The team at Attune Caboolture were amazing. Kind, empathetic and incredibly professional and so in depth, making sure they had the most accurate results they could. Could not recommend more.

I love my hearing aids! Have been very impressed with Attune…

Have been very impressed with Attune right from the start. Chose Mt Barker as is closest to home. Carmen, the Audiologist explained everything extremely clearly. I absolutely love the hearing aids that I received. The friendliness and professionalism deserve a high distinction.

Highly recommend Jo and Zoe

My experience with Attune and especially Jo and Zoe was extremely positive.
They both go above and beyond to make sure that you understand everything, that you are comfortable with everything and are always friendly, helpful and welcoming.
I can't recommend them enough.

Erin is an amazing Audiologist who has…

Erin is an amazing Audiologist who has the clients needs as her priority. She listens to their needs and takes the time to help achieve the goal, to the stage she will go over her time with you to make sure the client is happy. Her receptionist can be a bit abrupt and you feel she is annoyed with you, however she is efficient.

No Communication

Bad. Appears the clinic I attended no longer in operation (Tewantin). Sign on the door saying closed until further notice. Have been trying off an on for last two months to get a response from the broader Attune group or the clinic I attended without success. Not happy.

In response to Covid and staff shortages, it is clear the processes we have set in place at head office have not adequately covered and supported you and we make no excuses for this negative outcome. This matter has been raised to the state manager level and will be monitored accordingly to ensure the situation is rectified as soon as possible. Have known that I suffer from industrial deafness for years but I was reluctant to do anything about it. Lisa put me at ease, answered my questions, so now I will proceed with getting hearing aids.

Very pleasant greeting on arrival, professional service from reception and very friendly and professional attention by the audiologist, explained the test thoroughly and explained my options in a very easy to understand way. All together a very pleasant experience.

Attune Wesley

Before my appointment at Attune Wesley, I felt as though it was not worth wearing my hearing aids as they didn't seem to do make my hearing better plus my battery doors were broken. After fixing the doors and retuning the aids I feel as though I want to wear them. a very positive experience. Thanks Courtney
