Ordered wrong size chain they state can do exchange can’t get hold off this plaice after numerous emails but email as soon as you plaice an order sham

Purchased a chain I am pretty pleased with the quality it’s what I expect for the price , postage time was good . Unfortunately the chain isn’t long enough for me and I want to exchange it .This is where my issue is , the website email works sometimes, sometimes it’s bounces back undelivered. I’ve sent 6 now I have received one automated email back . I’m still no closer to an exchange. So I can not leave a good review, quite frankly I’ve been RIPPED OFF!!!!! My advice stay way .

I came across AU Jewellers on Google when looking for a bracelet, I purchased the 8" gold filled patterned belcher. I was a bit skeptical at first, given it was relatively cheap but the bracelet is A* quality and has a decent weight to it. And although I did have to get 3 links taken out, (due to my wrist being too small) it now fits perfectly. Prompt delivery as-well. Would highly recommend 😊

DO NOT BUY FROM Au JEWELLERS. The jewellery is poor quality and they do not allow refunds ! I followed the correct instructions from there website about refunds but was refused and Mike Long wouldn’t give the address for returns.
Even though I was within the 14 day period!
It’s a scam please stay away from them. Mike long is unhelpful and a scammer. Also most of these reviews on here for them are not genuine buyers! Stay clear of this jewellers

Firstly I’d like to say Ignore any negative reviews as I believe people don’t understand that we are all human and anyone can make mistakes, and often we as customers are impatient

I made a few errors on my half with ordering but very quick communication from Mike and the problems were resolved

Bought 2 items for my daughter and the quality is as good as they say it is, so I then ordered another 2 and just waiting on delivery

Overall highly satisfied with the customer service and quality of the products I received and will definitely be a returning customer and recommend to friends and family.

Great service, I had a small issue with one of the pairs of earrings. I emailed and they sorted it out straight away. It was a quick response and resolved even quicker. great customer service. Will definitely use again. The earrings are lovely and myself and my daughter are both very happy. Would highly recommend them.
