I ordered the 10mm Cuban set and was really impressed with the quality. The bracelet came up a little tight for me, so I reached out to AU Jewellers and they were more than happy to arrange an exchange. Unfortunately, Royal Mail lost the return parcel, but when I explained the situation, AU Jewellers went above and beyond. Even though it wasn’t their fault, they sent me out a replacement free of charge – this time the 10mm Stars and Bars set, which fits me perfectly.

The level of customer service I received was excellent and really sets them apart. I couldn’t be happier with the new set, and I’ll definitely be buying from AU Jewellers again in the future. Highly recommend!

Would give a zero. My son wasted 300 on rubbish from this company. Looks so fake and cheap. My son is vulnerable. God knows how they can operate like this.
