My first visit to this branch of Hidden Hearing. Receptionist is extremely good. However my consultant initially didn’t seem to know much about me or why I was there and spent several minutes scanning the computer to find out. I think this should have been done before my appointment and thereby giving me confidence in my care. From then on my check up was carried out with professionalism - although no check of my ears or my hearing aids where done, just verbal questions about both.

Jerry at Norwich office could not have been more helpful, attentive and professional at all times. Really worked hard to set everything up. In the end I decided not to have the hearing aids, and he was very supportive and accepted my decision without any quibble. When I do decide I really need them I'll certainly go back to Jerry at Norwich. Cannot praise all the staff enough.

Superb, looked after really well and put at ease with everything explained.After 3 weeks of suffering (and bad advice) i now feel liberated. Plus i got a free hug. Many thanks again!!

Had a great time at hidden hearing, otolaryngologist was very friendly and reassuring. Explained good future care for my ear health, and the process was simple and quick.

Excellent service, and couldn't have asked for a more caring and attentive professional than Diane, who went above and beyond to help me with my hearing issues and wax removal. I felt very comfortable and in safe hands as she took me through the whole process and explained every step along the way. I would absolutely come back here if I ever needed to.

Audiologist was informative and helpful, some equipment didn't work, this made the practice look unprofessional which didn't give me confidence in this company.
Had a follow up call from Hiddenhearing customer service, a very helpful English lady with well spoken English accent I clearly understood, helpful in building my confidence in this company, took on board my 3 star review and subsequent comments and questions to relay back to the company, just to be clear that the hearing aids offered were of the highest quality and did perform very well compared to others I have trialled, my review was for the equipment used in hearing test not for the hearing aids themselves which were the only ones that filted out the distracting background to a degree that conversation was understood but didn't block background noise completely so I was still aware of surroundings, I do feel these are the best quality available so far but at the moment unaffordable for me.

I was expecting some sales pressure but presently surprised at the honesty and if you don’t need or not suitable (yet); sorted.
Would definitely make a follow-up appointment at the recommended interval.

Visited today for a last minute hearing test and ear wax removal, not only fitted me in at the very last minute but were able to thoroughly and professionally help and left me feeling wonderful. Thank you

This was my first annual check. I’ve been really pleased with my new hearing aids. I’ve used aids for several years but these were the first set from Hidden Hearing. I wished I had found them a long time ago. I had a quick retest and Jerry made a few minor tweaks and they are now even better. They give excellent, friendly and skilled service and I would definitely recommend them.

Suction expertly and eff

My hearing test was on time at North Walsham. The test seemed very thorough an was explained very well by Jeremy. My test results were shown to me and explained.
I was able to try some hearing aids which did make some improvements.

Jerry is an asset to the Company. We were educated (in his jovial and friendly but highly professional way) about the human ear and how the tech available can (and does, by the way) help restore *your* hearing specifically.
Amazing service and (my bad - I've forgotten her name) the receptionist was equally as helpful and friendly. They probably would not want it - but I could have stayed longer!
Outcome: my husbands hearing is restored with clarity and in comfort.

Visited the Norwich branch this morning with my husband who has been suffering with loss of hearing and tinnitus for several years. We met the most informative and interesting chap called Jerry Eldridge. He was absolutely brilliant and made everything so easy to understand. Jerry went through all the tests and different hearing aids available, he explained everything and hubby was very satisfied with the results.

Hidden Hearing Norwich , Leanne the receptionist always willing and happy to help, Audiologists are both brilliant,nothing is too much trouble. I would never go anywhere else 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

My 94-year-old mother-in-law has severe hearing loss and has struggled with previous hearing aids and providers. Jeremy was very thorough in testing and patiently explaining the pros and cons of options in her situation, and in following up to ensure that she was settling in well with her chosen aids. I would definitely recommend this company.

The nurse was professional and kind. She spotted the dead skin blocking my ear drum and problem out.

Efficient and friendly

Excellent service, quick and efficient. They also helped me rebook my initial appointment with minimum fuss, and the staff are always polite and friendly.
