The location of premisis is central, the building is compact and dedicated to hearing, the staff were welcoming and friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
It is difficult to think how it could have been better. Four stars rather than five is simply to leave the team opportunity to review and think of any potential improvements. I have none to suggest.

After a month of my ears being blocked with wax, the first contact when booking an appointment was very informative. The lady that removed the wax explained the process, explaining in detail the sounds, feel etc. I found it a pleasant way to remove wax, and would recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone. Cant thank them enough.

Gavin the audiologist always explains in layman’s words the depth of my hearing loss and ways to mitigate that loss. He is very thorough in his answers to any questions. On this occasion he quickly identified the fault with one of my hearing aids and rectified the problem.

Jason serviced my aids and gave me a hearing test as he had time to do so.

I had an hour-long session with audiologist Gavin. He completed several tests with excellent explanation and thoroughness. He is always patient and courteous. And this is a free service!

Hidden hearing is an amazing service. I needed the wax removing from my ear and it proved to be quite tricky to remove it all at the first visit. The care and patience shown by the staff was amazing. They patiently worked to remove the wax and advised a return visit to help remove the stubborn wax. It took two further trips to complete the procedure- all at no extra cost and all carried out kindly and patiently by the staff. I can throughly recommend Hidden Hearing and intend to make it an annual visit to avoid the wax building up.
The hearing test carried out after the procedure was also reassuring. An excellent service in pleasant surroundings. I have no hesitation in recommending Hidden Hearing.
