I have been suffering with Tinnitus for many years, I tried the NHS. ONLY TO BE TOLD THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. YOU HAVE TO LEARN TO LIVE WITH IT.
It got to the point i had no social life, i couldn't go out anywhere with lots of people. Finally my hearing got worse and i decided enough. I had to do something about it.
I tried an online hearing test. Guess what i have a problem. So booked an appointment in Plymouth.
Oh Wow i cannot explain how great they were so helpful and patient.
The moment the hearing aids were turned on i heard a wooshing noise, BUT NO TINNITUS. I dont know what to say or how to explain how amazing it was.
Normally a quiet room and i just want to leave to find noise. Not any more i can actually sit there and experience silence.
There are no words if you have Tinnitus see these potential miracle workers. The press of a button and i have my life back again. Hopefully this lasts as ive not had them long. Thankyou so much

Jane, very efficiently, managed to find me a suitable slot for my first hearing test and sent me several reminders !
She then welcomed me on the day and allowed me to secure my push bike to the railing in front of the premises.
Heather was amazing! She very patiently explained the whole procedure very clearly. No hard sell.
Yes, my sons were right. I do have a bit of hearing loss but not really enough to warrant an hearing aid.
So, I look forward to seeing them both again next year!

Wonderful friendly service from Heather, nothing is too much trouble! My mum is 90 and she’s really pleased and at ease with the attention she gets from her. So pleased in general with the whole hidden hearing experience!

My husband has been a customer of hidden hearing for many years. Today I visited for a hearing test recommended after I had visited to have ear-wax removed. We have both found when visiting Heather and Jane at their Plymouth branch that they are friendly, efficient and a very competent team.
Jane as receptionist is always welcoming and will telephone to remind us of our appointments. A couple of years ago when my husband was going to an appointment and on a rare occasion when I wasn't with him, he suffered a fall. Jane was wonderful. Administering first aid and informing me.
Heather is lovely young woman. Very friendly and ensures we understand everything about the tests she is about to undertake. We both look forward to our visits very much.

Used the Plymouth Branch and fantastic service. Wax removal carried out by Suzanne was quick, painless and very effective. Ear impressions for custom earplugs carried out by Heather who was very professional and friendly and clearly knows her job inside out. Overall fantastic customer service and would recommend Hidden Hearing.

I have been with the Plymouth store (at both locations) since 2004 and am on my (I think) third set of hearing aids. Their service is second to none - Jane and Heather make you feel very welcome, all the appliances are well explained and they take their time finding which is the best appliance for you at that time.
My repairs go here and are always done efficiently. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else and can recommend them 100% as a store as genuinely friendly and lovely people and as true professionals.
The store is also exceptionally clean and covid safe.

Well after being deaf in right ear for week and buzzing noise day and night I am so grateful to Wendy green co worker for doing a amazing nearly painless treatment she had giving my hearing back and peace . I would recommend her and her work highly thank you

Amazing! So friendly and professional. I felt completely safe and at ease from the moment I arrived. Each stage of my appointment to remove wax from my ears (from arrival to admin to procedure to aftercare and departure) was explained and I felt in safe hands.
It’s one thing to have the treatment done so well but to be valued so much as a person too was amazing. Not that I disclosed it at the time, but I struggle with disordered anxiety so was nervous about the appointment but I felt safe, valued and secure the whole time I was there. I’m so impressed and grateful for such good care of high helped my anxiety levels stay really low. I would definitely recommend this place and it will be the first place I go to when I have wax build up again in future. Thank you Suzanne!!!

I attended the Plymouth branch for ear wax removal. Suzanne was very friendly and welcoming, and all aspects of the procedure were fully explained throughout. Excellent and professional service that I would be happy to recommend.
