Audika - St Albans Opiniones

All the staff are so helpful and make you feel so welcome cared for.

I saw Wendy Green in St Albans to clear my right ear of some stubborn wax. She persevered over two sessions (no surcharge for the second session) and my hearing has been restored. A very professional service delivered by a very nice lady. Highly recommended.

Booked an earwax removal appointment. Yvonne on reception and practioner Wendy, couldn't have been anymore helpful & courteous. An altogether excellent experience.

Made me feel very welcome and in safe hands.

Good experience from start to finish. Quick, efficient and everything well explained by Roopa

I had wax removal prior to a hearing test next week. My ear care practitioner was Roopa Samani she was extremely professional and efficient, any person who has to be treated by her will have no problems.

My grandmother had a wax removal appointment with Roopa, and she was amazing! My grandmother was very nervous as usually she struggles with these appointments but was put right at ease. Roopa was very gentle with her and she left feeling very satisfied.

Mubashir and Olivia were extremely accommodating and friendly. I went in for a test and was very comfortable and was kept well informed throughout. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a hearing test done.

Mubashir and Olivia in the St Albans branch were very accommodating and helpful throughout. I really appreciated the experience, really professional but personal in nature too.

Amazing so accommodating, right in the middle of st.Albans. Olivia at reception was so so welcoming. Mubashir was the doctor who checked me, made me feel so at ease and explained everything so so clearly. Will be bringing my parents here.

Had a great experience at Hidden Hearing in St Albans. Olivia on reception is perfectly charming and friendly but professional I was extremely impressed with the audiologist, Mubashir, who gave me an extremely thorough hearing test. He was very professional and explained everything to me, after which he recommended the hearing aids best suited to my hearing loss. Would highly recommend Hidden Hearing in St Albans.

I was a bit nervous about the hearing test, but the receptionist (Olivia) and the practitioner (Mubashir) made the experience very relaxing, for which I was grateful. Mubashir carried out a comprehensive number of tests, and explained everything as he was going along, and at the end. An excellent - educational - experience overall.

Immediate response to my request for support.

Had a free hearing test with this company. They were polite, thorough and reassure - and did not try to sell their products

Excellent Service.

My husband made an appointment in our local branch (St Albans) as he had noticed his hearing was detoriating. From the moment we walked through the door nothing was too much trouble. The audiologist ( Mubashir) was superb in explaining everything clearly, involving me in the test & giving us his best advice. My husband now has his hearing restored and is very happy with his hearing aids which have been programmed to his individual style. Thoroughly recommend Hidden Hearing for any hearing issues.

Procedure was carried out in a very professional and efficient way. I was put at my ease. No discomfort experienced. I am delighted with the outcome and I will recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone who requires ear wax removal.
