Amazing so accommodating, right in the middle of st.Albans. Olivia at reception was so so welcoming. Mubashir was the doctor who checked me, made me feel so at ease and explained everything so so clearly. Will be bringing my parents here.

Had a great experience at Hidden Hearing in St Albans. Olivia on reception is perfectly charming and friendly but professional I was extremely impressed with the audiologist, Mubashir, who gave me an extremely thorough hearing test. He was very professional and explained everything to me, after which he recommended the hearing aids best suited to my hearing loss. Would highly recommend Hidden Hearing in St Albans.

I was a bit nervous about the hearing test, but the receptionist (Olivia) and the practitioner (Mubashir) made the experience very relaxing, for which I was grateful. Mubashir carried out a comprehensive number of tests, and explained everything as he was going along, and at the end. An excellent - educational - experience overall.

My husband made an appointment in our local branch (St Albans) as he had noticed his hearing was detoriating. From the moment we walked through the door nothing was too much trouble. The audiologist ( Mubashir) was superb in explaining everything clearly, involving me in the test & giving us his best advice. My husband now has his hearing restored and is very happy with his hearing aids which have been programmed to his individual style. Thoroughly recommend Hidden Hearing for any hearing issues.

I have just visited Hidden Hearing in St Albans for wax removal by micro suction, and am pleased to say it was a successful experience. I had been recommended by a friend and was greeted by friendly and efficient staff before meeting Roopa, who carried out the procedure. Roopa was also friendly and was very thorough, informative and reassuring. I will be very happy to return for a free hearing test and follow-up appointments.

The shop in St. Albans is well appointed and the wax clearing service very professionally run. My heavily blocked ears needed two sessions but now I am hearing perfectly

If you have a nervous parent who’s struggling to hear- I can’t recommend hidden hearing enough. They put my Dad at total ease and it was wonderful to see him in the same day of having his hearing aids fitted taking part in family outings, he back calling me regularly on the phone and seeing his confidence back to where it used to be. The girls in the St Albans office were incredible and the audiologist was so knowledgeable. It was the best investment ever……. Thank you so much Olivia for making it happen - it’s wonderful when you meet people who make a difference in your life!
