Really pleased with the service and quality/price of my purchase.

My new stereo was well packaged and perfect condition. I was really pleased to see the level of care given to the fitting kit which was packaged within it's own box to prevent any damage to the plastic facia.

Good site for browsing, excellent prices especially the fitting kit which was of a higher quality than others I saw at higher prices.

My emails were responded to quickly. Would recommend.

Goods like it should, delivery on time.

I got my item it in excellent package condition. However, when I opened the package, the item (Autoleads SWC CP2-HD22) turned out to be defective. Total disappointment!
When connected to PC it shows: "Device Connected: None!" The software is blinking and you are unable to do anything.
The advice of Audiovisualworld was: "I suggest that you contact Autoleads on 01402 470618." Why would you bother installing the device, if it is a total failure - the computer is telling you there is no device! Or you think all buyers are stupid!
What is the seller for ?! ... and how they care having happy & satisfied customers?!

I ordered a TV cabinet from Audiovisualworld on the 10th of April 2018. I paid and extra £10 to get express delivery (24 to 48 hours). It never arrived until 9 days later. I demanded my delivery money back form AudioVisualWorld but they refused saying it was the couriers fault. I pointed out to them that as I paid them for the goods they should have ensured it was delivered on time. Two days after the goods should have arrived I received an e-mail asking me to give them a review on Trust pilot. They mentioned that they have had some fabricated bad reviews, allegedly from a competitor and wanted me to add one about their service, however, as I had not received my goods I told them that I couldn’t give them a review. My goods eventually arrived as I say 9 days after I ordered it. When I again asked for the delivery fee to be returned I was told that their delivery was heavily subsidised and as the goods were delivered to Inverness I should have considered myself lucky to have got them at that price. The problem is that I live in Inverclyde, 200 miles south of Inverness!! Maybe that is why my goods were late. I have still not received my refund therefore I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will not be buying anything else from them. Maybe all the other bad reviews were not fabricated after all.

Best service available, previous reviews have been fabricated as I didn’t find any problems with their service despite being sceptical about the reviews read.

Bought a Focal IBUS 20 compact sub for my car. Superb piece of kit at the cheapest price I could find anywhere.

The package unfortunately was dropped in transit, and whilst the actual speaker enclosure sustained absolutely no damage, some of the clips and the controller knob were damaged, and unusable.

I called them straight away, and withing 24 hours I had the replacement clips and controllers as well as a whole new loom and extra feet and fixings, no questions asked.

Honestly the best online service I could have asked for. Emailed asking the stock status of an item and got a prompt and friendly reply saying it was in stock. Ordered the item and it was delivered the next morning. Seriously good service and very well packaged. Highly recommended.

Not sure if the previous reviews are fake or if the company was going through a rough patch but I had 0 issues with my order and they were the cheapest i could find for the particular item that I ordered and a few other items I noticed where much cheaper here. Very fast delivery (think it was next day if i remember right).

Fantastic service, ordered a Cambridge Audio TV5-V2 lunchtime on a Thursday. It was dispatched the same day and arrived the next day (Friday) within a 1 hr timeslot by DHL. Very good price, communication and very happy with my purchase and the service, thank you

Terrible company bought a £600 car stereo which became faulty almost immediately. I contacted the Manufacturer who also confirmed the fault. I contacted audiovisual and told them I wanted a refund or a replacement. They refused and told me I must contact an approved repair centre for a repair! No way after spending £600 am I settling for a repair. Contacted my credit card company and got a refund. They called me up when they noticed the chargeback and said I was "throwing my toys out of pram" for complaining! Would never use them again no customer skills what so ever.

All I am going to say is buyer beware - maybe ask them if they are actually official stockists of the products they sell and by that I mean authorised by all the manufacturers that they advertise. I suspect that they are not.

I live on the Isle of Man and ordered a base unit. I clearly entered my postcode for delivery costs.Not the order form so there shouldn't have been any error. After unit delivery date i contacted them by email. They weren't answering the phone. The end result after many e mails was they doubled the postage and the unit price had increased!! They still haven't refunded my credit card 5 days later. Advised it's illegal to raise the price of ordered goods.They shouldn't mess their customers around after it should have arrived. Buyers beware, awful company and worst I've dealt with on the internet. Bought from Richer Sounds for delivery price advertised and it arrived 48 hours later.
UPDATE. He still hasn't refunded my money!!

Ordered an item with free shipping. They accept the order and confirmation email shows free shipping. Then I get an email that order is on hold as I need to pay a further £10 for shipping.. I told them to cancel the order. When you go on their website they say they offer two shipping rates of free or £5. So why £10. They insist it is correct!!
Do not get ripped off by them.

I did NOT request any special delivery at all. That is a lie! I placed my order with standard delivery and they tried to rip me off.
Interesting they took so long to replly. Check the dates of the post! Avoid these rip off merchants.

Despite email confirming I had cancelled the order he takes my money!
BEWARE never deal with this crook!

They sent a different product to the one in the images and described in their title and descriptive text as the one I wanted.

They refuse to offer a full refund and don't have the product that is actually in the images.

Complete lack of accepting fault, poor customer service.

i order a radio facial from them paid for everything then get a e-mail from them saying price is gone i told the deal is done you taken the money then get back to saying they haven't and will cancel my order i said that's fine and on the same day took the same day they canceled the order they took the money out without my permission and know saying i have to wait 10-14days for refund. i have reported them to trading standards.
