Audi Upgrades Opiniones

Andy was great at providing advice and quoting me jobs I needed. I didn’t go ahead and book anything in the end but 5 star customer service from Andy!

Second visit to see Andy. First time was to install a OEM tow bar. This time was to remove some halfords nextbase cam which was fitted by the previous owner. As always a second to none hassle free experience. New cam installed using Oem Audi equipment and the car looks good

What an outstanding service you get, i had elec folding mirrors and rev cam fitted, i had previously had front and rear dash cams fitted at Halfords, Andy wasn’t happy about how they routed the wires etc and took it upon himself to tidy them up for me, as well as tidying up the tow bar wiring (done by others)
I cannot recommend his workmanship enough
Top service by a top bloke
Thank you

Andy fixed an issue that had been bothering me with the car since I got it, Apple wireless CarPlay, 20 mins on the phone and it was working, guy is a legend to say the least, car had been at Audi numerous times, update after update, still wouldn’t work, Andy advised purchase an external diagnostic device that allowed coding, 20 mins on phone, whole thing working a treat, I believed Audi when they told me it wasn’t possible to activate, how wrong they were, guy is top class, and extremely professional, I thank him so much, don’t go to Audi, go to this guy, legend!!!

I approached Audi Upgrades as I had wanted to add Side Assist and the 360 camera system to my Audi Q4 e-tron. Andy was able to provide a quote in a timely manner providing me with a comprehensive breakdown of what the work entailed. He kept me up-to-date with when the parts came in and under took the work on the date originally agreed.
The work took a few days and Andy let me know how work was progressing. He even sent photos of the completed work. He was also kind enough to pick me up from the train station when the car was ready to collect.
He ran through how to operate the new upgrades and checked in on me a few weeks later to make sure all was okay.
I'm really pleased with the work and haven't had any problems. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for further work in the future and would happily recommend him.

I brought 2017 Audi A7 from a friend, I was a little disappointed with the spec on my s-line vehicle.

So thought about retro fitting some options to my car, my research directed me to Audi upgrades.

My vehicle is featured on the Audi upgrades YouTube channel, Audi A7 4g project car.

The idea is to retro fit all available options, Andy has been absolutely fantastic, his level of skill and knowledge is amazing, the service I’ve received is the best I’ve encountered.

On top of the peerless retrofits, Andy is such a nice person, he goes above and beyond to ensure your complete satisfaction.

If you have any VW group car, and require this kind of service, Audi upgrades should be your only port of call.

Sorry for rambling, just want to mention this.

Adaptive cruise control, is my next retrofit. For this I’ve had to replace the abs pump in my vehicle. The unit I brought was a refurbished item, fitted by a local garage. Unfortunately component protection removal, was not an option with them.

Andy, had advised me there would be some issues, lights on the dash ect, as it hadn’t been coded to my car.

Unfortunately my parking sensors stopped working, along with my front and rear cameras. I didn’t feel comfortable driving the car without this functionality, while waiting for my next visit.

So I contacted Andy to see if he could help. I asked if I could bring my car to him (10 hour round trip), I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Andy was fine with this, but suggested sending me a dongle to plug into a laptop. Saving me the 10 hours driving if successful.

Andy, out of hours completely restored my cars full functionality, remotely removing component protection from the abs pump, then coding it to car, removing any and all errors!

It still blows my mind that he was able to do this (remotely)

Audi upgrades, simply the beat

I concur with all the other reviews. Audi Upgrades is the place to take your Audi. Firstly, Andy is just genuinely a pleasure to do business with. He clearly cares about what he does and ensuring he carries out quality work, including taking a full scan of your car and photographing everything to ensure there are no conflicts. His attention to detail and keeping you informed is second to none. For some retrofits, there will quite possibly be cheaper installers, but they either won't use the correct parts or they won't carry out the right calibration work etc, so for me it's absolute worth it. The high quality of work, does mean there maybe a bit of wait, but again totally worth it. I wouldn't hesitate going back to Audi Upgrades for another work in future. Thanks Andy, much appreciated.

I went to Andy at Audi Upgrades to have memory seats fitted to my SQ5 (2018), a new gear lever cover supplied and fitted, along with some other issues that needed resolving on the SUV.

Andy's levels of service (and communication) are exceptional along with his attention to detail and Andy is highly knowledgeable in terms of Audi vehicles.

All genuine Audi parts are supplied and fitted and his finished work is at OEM level (if not above).

Andy was also flexible on timings and was kind enough to drop and pick me up locally.

I highly recommend Audi Upgrades and Andy and would definitely return for any future upgrades on my Audi.

Very knowledgable. Knows what the feature potential of your vehicle are.
Andy does honestly look after your vehicle.
Gave him my 1 month old Audi SQ7. After adding night vision, auto watch ghost and boot load pack. The car was very well looked after.
Andy even fixed the ‘poor’ tracker install that happened before the car had arrived.
Andy really does complete installs to the highest standard.

Would recommend him for any features that you want added to your car.
Not just his ability to complete the installs. But knowing what features can be installed. Along with completing them to an original factory install standard.

Wow!

Recently had a tow bar fitted by Andy, who was extremely professional from the moment we spoke.

Andy have great commutation from the start and was reliable and delivered.

He fitted our tow bar, and went through everything at the end and has stayed in communication with me if I needed any questions after.

Have already been using it and have had a great experience.

Highly recommend this reliable company

Thanks Andy, from Teresa

Audi Upgrades fitted a Kufatec Sound Booster Pro (Enhanced) to my Audi Q7 4M (2019). They did an excellent job both in the fitting itself and on the instruction in its use. Will definitely use them again.

First class service. Andy is super knowledgeable really knows his stuff and is such a friendly guy. You feel confident in all he does.Would highly recommend him.

I asked Andy to help with my Heater issue in my 2017 A5 Coupe, it had been really bothering me being cold all winter. Over the last few months i had been emailing Andy about issues as i bought the Audi as a treat post Cancer and it had thrown up a few issues in the 7 months of me owning it, he helped every time and i really appreciated that. So i made a booking and when i arrived i was welcomed and shown great hospitality, Andy's knowledge, as other reviews have mentioned on the Audi product is literally second to none. His skill and motivation to help the customer is fantastic, 100% effort is put into all the work he does for his customers. I also had him fit the Auto Hold function and updated my MMI, needless to say all went well and i was delighted. I would 100% recommend Andy to others.

Thank you so much Andy, you made such a difference for me, I will beat the issues and get this car perfect. i may even splash out and sort the folding mirrors we discussed.

After a long debate with my wife about retrofitting electric seats with memory on her Q5 FY MY2019 and found a full interior with electric memory&massage seats, rear heated seats and multi colour ambient lights I have decided to contact Andy at Audi Upgrades. Few chats with him and making a plan together, I have traveled from Gateshead to him to have all this retrofitted.
Andy retrofitted all mentioned above on a very high standards and everything work as should and look the same as car been like this from factory.
Also on request Andy enabled traffic sign recognition+lane assist and few other extra bits.
Work performed over 12 hours of dedicated and very professional way.
I strongly recommend Andy @Audi Upgrades for any kind of upgrade you have. A very dedicated and professional person which I can’t thanks enough for his hard work to do all this.
Also Andy provided parts for memory seats and central console ambient lights for my personal SQ7 4M MY2017 which I have installed myself and he done the coding remotely.

Thank you for everything Andy @Audi Upgrades.

Andy's interpersonal skills in my opinion sets him apart and like good food, you'd be happy to travel far for it.

From the initial contact I made, up to the point when the work was done, Andy consistently demonstrated Hospitality, professionalism and going the extra mile are some of the other things I observed, a pleasure to work with. I'd give 10 star if it was an option, keep up the good work.

From my initial contact with Audi Upgrades Andy was on the ball with advice and experienced knowledge.

The car was booked in and the work completed over a few hours. Andy is friendly, knowledgeable and takes great care and pride in his work which unfortunately is hard to find these days.

So if you are thinking about using Audi Upgrades do not hesitate give Andy a call and you will not be disappointed.

From my initial contact with Andy he responded promptly & the information he provided, gave me the confidence to book my car in for the work. When my wife & I dropped off the car, the workshop area was exactly as explained, maintained to a high standard and I was kept fully informed of progress throughout the work. We collected the car two days later & I was not disappointed. Andy’s knowledge, expertise, attention to detail & quality workmanship shone through. I cannot fault Andy’s work and as an ex Aircraft Engineer, would absolutely recommend Audi Upgrades.

Andy worked on my Audi A6 Avant 2017 I needed map update, rear parking camera and park assistance.
He done an amazing job very professional I would definitely recommend Andy and will take any future Audi‘s to him
I left my Audi in his good hands and enjoyed the day in Brighton and picked it up in the evening

Andy clearly knows what he’s doing. On top of that the customer service is above and beyond.

Andy has been engaged to assist in a few Australian projects, and his knowledge, speed of response, and quality of information is extremely high. His manner is professional, and it’s been many years since I’ve come across anyone with the same high level of customer service and attention to detail.

I highly recommend Andy for your Audi upgrades, not only will you get what you need, it will be done right, with the appropriate parts and quality.

Thanks Andy!

Andy is a great guy. I had an issue with my passenger side window on my Audi S5 and he fixed it no time making sure that everything is fine and that I’m happy with the end result. He even activated traffic sign recognition on the car. I would definitely recommend him to all of the other Audi people I know and would definitely visit him again in the future for other retrofits. 10/10 job!!!
