Audi Upgrades Opiniones

Fantastic and knowledgeable service, Andy keep me updated throughout and followed up to make sure everything was ok with the new tow bar he fitted - which it was! Would highly recommend 👌🏼

Andy is an absolute pleasure to deal with, from start to finish everything was carried out in a prompt and professional manner. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Delighted with the service.
Super clear communication from my first enquiry about the upgrade I was looking for and likely timescale for it to take place, regular updates to make arrangements to carry out the upgrade at my home and the result has given my 2017 Audi TT a full software update to the date the latest TT was made - in addition to the Apple CarPlay install (the reason for my initial enquiry) and the activation of the car’s Navigation which hadn’t been spec’d by the original owner. The new functionality is superb and the level of knowledge and expertise Andy has is outstanding. Very happy customer and a great value service.

Fantastic work and customer service from Andy. Couldn’t be happier. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was excellent. From planning the logistics to agreeing on the work required and completion. Andy is a great guy, very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Highly recommended, thanks again Andy.

In fitting an OEM Wind Break Andy provided an excellent level of professional service. At all times communication was faultless. It was clear, on arrival, that he had thought the job through very thoroughly and appeared well prepared for any problems that could have occurred. I would have no hesitation in recommending Audi Upgrades to anyone who was contemplating improving their car.

Andy was great talked me thru what was needed for the 360 camera kit for my Audi RS 5, the install went flawless and i very happy with the new system

Andy from Audi Upgrades was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, efficient and easy to talk to when I had questions. Andy fitted my Audi TT Roadster with a OEM Wind Deflector.
Communication was swift and very informative. Andy drove from the Isle of Wight to Kent to complete my job, and has offered support with aftercare/questions.
I would highly recommend Andy and Audi Upgrades to anyone.

Andy was amazing! fitted my Audi Q5 tow bar, on the agreed day. Although lots of ongoing issues with Audi themselves, for a further three long days, he constantly negotiated on my behalf, the software was eventually dealt with! Just in time for my Touring Caravan holiday!
Would recommend Audi Upgrades, and 5 stars is not enough!

What an absolute legend.

Spent about an hour reparametrizing my car and updating the systems, Audi quoted 5k and wouldn't have actually fixed anything, Andy quoted a lot less and genuinely fixed my car.

I contacted Andy regarding installing MMI to my Audi TT. He responded to the enquiry immediately and kept me informed regarding timings etc. Andy came to my place of work to carry out the works and was punctual, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will be using Andy again to fit a reversing camera. 100% recommendations.

Andy was very helpful with helping me get my taillights upgraded to high line variant with dynamic indicators. He gave me all the info required for the parts I needed and he ordered the specialist parts from Audi to be fitted to my car.

Andy is very friendly, communicates well and is very knowledgable and goes above and beyond to make sure all was well and that I was happy with everything.

He answered all my questions even if they weren’t related to the works he was currently doing!

I couldn’t be happier, excellent service and would definitely use Andy again and highly recommend him. 5stars.

Rich.

Thanks Andy.

Andy is certainly the man when it comes to Audi's , my job was only a small one but he treated my car and myself like we were VIP's.
Don't hesitate to contact Andy if you need anything done to your Audi.

I cannot recommend Andy at Audi Upgrades enough!!!

From initial contact right through to actual fitting all communication was spot on, kept me informed around delivery date for parts, even arranged around our holiday.

On install day the towbar install was completed with utmost care for the vehicle and particular attention to detail to make sure everything was perfect. Andy explained everything that I needed to know and answered all my questions.

Overall this was 100% worth the extra money over an aftermarket towbar, if you're thinking about getting an ugrade, just do it!!!

Contacted Andy initially and quoted me for the job for retrofit cruise on my S3 , kept me updated along the way with ordering the parts, delivery ,and a timescale to complete the work, we managed to align perfectly so it worked for us both. Andy arrived ontime, talked me through the process, and then cracked on, in no time at all the job was complete, all fully registered to audi and working like a charm. He is exceptionally good at what he does and I felt instantly comfortable with the job he came to do, very knowledgeable and a totally nice bloke .
If anyone is looking for the kind of work he does, look no further trust me.
Andy, was a real pleasure to deal with a professional that knows their stuff and is upfront and honest. Thank you again.
Marc

Andy fitted a retractable Audi towbar to my Audi Q7 e-tron. His workmanship was meticulous throughout the job and his professional and friendly manner very helpful.
I have known Andy since 2021 when he carried out many upgrades on the same Q7 and the experience has been faultless.
I recommend anyone in the UK who require any upgrades to contact him.
I give him 5 stars for his work ethic, professional and helpful manner and Andy will go out of his way to assist new and existing customers.

For me using Andy involves a 500 mile round trip. The fact this is the fourth or fifth time I’ve taken my cars to him reflects both his professionalism and the quality of his work.

Previously he has added memory seats and active TPMS to my S5, 360 panoramic camera to wife’s S3 (one on the first done in the country) and various upgrades to my TTS including a reversing camera, apple car play and TSR. The latest visit involved swapping the grill and adding Side Assist.

Communication before and after every job is excellent and Andy’s craftsmanship and attention to detail gas delivered an OEM / OEM+ quality install and finish on every job above

If your considering or wanting an upgrade to your Audi then I’d definitely recommend you give Andy a call.

I had my Audi SQ5 mirrors changed and a carplay system installed. I have to say it couldn't of gone better. Andy was in contact about how the process works. He came to my house to do the work, which was done to an excellent standard, at an price I didn't think possible. Very happy with the work and the end result.

Andy fitted and calibrated a reverse camera to my S3 I can only really repeat what everyone else has said this guy truly deserves the reviews he gets his customer service is second to none and the care he takes to get everything right with the install is immense Andy has a true passion for his work and it shows right from first contact

Originally enquired with Andy a few months ago regarding fitting a SQ7 genuine towbar kit. Originally I opted to fit the kit myself but throughout the process whenever I had a question, Andy was the man to ask. Very knowledgeable with anything to do with V.A.G group cars, always friendly and was very efficient at replying to any of my questions I put his way.

Cut to the present day, and after fitting my towbar, I was experiencing trouble activating the kit and coding it to my vehicle. After a discussion with Andy I opted to make the trip to Isle of Wight to visit him in person to have my towbar coded/activated.
My car also required a new body control module which
Andy supplied (at a great price) and fitted/coded using his dealership level tools at the same time.
Even took the time to show me how all of his tools work and what setup he has, after a short period of time, my car now has a functioning towbar and is fault free thanks to the new body control module.

People like Andy are hard to find in this trade, can’t recommend him enough!

Had an Audi Q5 FY genuine towbar fitted by Andy: his professionalism, quality of work, customer engagement and rapport are all exemplary service. Accommodating to my availability, kept in the loop, arrived on time and took care of my car with everything done in the morning. Highly recommended!
