Dit is echte oplichterij. Heel slechte kwaliteit. Een Chinese koptelefoon van 5 euro voor de hoofdprijs. Noice cancelling werkt niet. Geluidskwaliteit super laag. Kan hier minimaal 1 ster geven maar dat is nog te veel.

Wat een oplichters bedrijf dat Auralu.
Kreeg mijn earbuds op gestuurd - werkt de microfoons niet. Kan dus geen telefoongesprek houden.
Wil ze terug sturen - nul reactie van deze oplichters firma.

J'ai commander via à site qui note les meilleurs casque et malheureusement je me suis faite avoir!!
Après mettre rendu compte que le site était Chinois et non Français comme indiqué j'ai directement contacté Auralu pour annuler la commande. Malgré qu'elle n avais pas encore été envoyé ils ont refuser et ont attendu de l'envoyer pour me dire que c'était trop tard..
La commande est arrivé après 3 semaines dans un vieux emballage d'Aliexpress.
Je suis vraiment déçus car le casque vaut peux etre 10€ et non 115€
C'est galère pour les contacter. Il refuse de rembourser ni même de donner l'adresse de retour et insiste pour utilisé le produit.

Hooked in by plausible online reviews. Should’ve known better and done my research first. Made out of poor quality plastic, very much cobbled together earphones, with difficult to manage fiddly controls. Not convinced these headphones passed any form of electrical safety checks. Into the bin they go. Won’t pass on them on to anyone for the reasons given above. Lesson learned. Never waste my money like this again.

SCAM WARNING .......DO NOT BUY THESE HEADPHONES.
Fake reviews online stating them as a premium product , all false.
They will take your money and not refund under any circumstances.
Trading Standards need to address this immediately !
The cardboard box is worth more than the headphones ....really !!

At first I did an unfair comparison to my Sennheiser PXC 550-II's. Realising they cost 3 times more, I just decided to put them to one side. These headphones do the job for the price range they are listed at. Don't be put off by the negative views. They are comfortable, with a long lasting battery and are worth the money.

Produit de bas de gammer. Son basic pas comme annoncee comme numero 1 devant Bose ou JBL ou Sony. Jai pas lu les avis avant d'acheter. Jai perdu mais pas grave. Je vais acheter les produit que je connais. Auralu est bon pour la POUBELLE. Je deconseille. Son tres pauvre.

Hoofdtelefoon is een waardeloos product.
119 euro zijn er 130 teveel. Retour sturen is mogelijk, maar dan enkel naar een adres in China. Als je dus ook opgelicht wil worden, dan zeker kopen. 1 ster is nog teveel, maar blijkbaar het minimum hier

Vandaag geleverd gekregen, uitpakken, voelt kwalitatief aan, koppelen gaat heel vlot, via smartphone muziek opgezet en luisteren, verbaasd over het geluid, super mooi geluid, dolby atmos ingeschakeld, ik was echt verbaasd via smartphone naar geluidsinstellingen en wat aangepast, wat een topgeluid, zelfs de basstonen klinken goed vol, hoge tonen klinken ook goed, mooi opberg tasje erbij, zeer tevreden (en dit is géén nepreview)

Ik had besteld en daarna pas recensies gelezen. Direct de bestelling geannuleerd en moet meteen 15% betalen ivm annulering.
Nergens op de site te vinden qua voorwaarden, maar ze houden hun poot stijf en als ik ze vraag waar dat staat krijg ik een ontwijkend antwoord.
Waardeloos.

Eigenlijk verdienen ze helemaal geen ster,
wat een oplichters,zodra je het pakketje retour wil sturen doen ze heel moeilijk en blijkt het een dubieus chinees bedrijf te zijn,om een lang verhaal kort te maken,mijn pakketje is kwijt en ze willen dat ik evengoed betaal en ze kunnen ineens geen Nederlands meer ….dus mensen pas allemaal goed op bij dit bedrijf…ik snap sowieso niet dat dit gewoon kan en mag in Nederland en van de kamer van koophandel

Si je pouvais je mettrai aucune étoile.
Impossible de les joindre, même avant le traitement de la commande. Par contre, une fois la commande expédiée on reçoit enfin un mail, nous expliquant enfin comment ils fonctionnent, se fichant royalement de la législation française.
Le produit reçu que je ne voulais pas depuis le début devient impossible à renvoyer, il faut filmer les défauts ( peu importe si vous n’avez pas ouvert le colis), ils ne proposent que des réductions de 10%. Puis, leur discours est que le retour est long et coûteux car l’entreprise est situé en Chine et non en Allemagne.
Je vais contacter infos conso, ou d’autres organismes soutenant les consommateurs dont les droits ne sont pas respectés.

The product is straight from china and rubbish
You can’t return product because you have to send to china with costs. And 4 to 5 weeks turnaround. they fob you off with keep product and give poultry percentage to keep them
Don’t touch them bordering on fraud

-100 customer support, bought just before xmas wanted to cancel the order straight away and they told me to wait for them to come and return them straight away they told me it would cost me 80% of the price to return them i told them i want a full refund because i seen the bad reviews after and they told me to open them and try them so i did and told them the qualty was poor (cheap case feel, headphones did not go in my ears as expected) and was told there is nothing wrong with their products, send it back for around 80% of my money paid so i would in turn recieve 20% back. Absolute robbing Company, only just rememberd i had them as come across them the other day and have been trying to charge them to give away to someone thats not botherd about quality as much as me but this is the interesting part,. they dont even charge up. *****AVOID THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY AT ALL COST******

A fuire! produit de très très faible qualité. Le revendeur ne souhaite pas transmettre les éléments pour effectuer le retour du produit. Ne pas prendre en compte les blogs qui recommandent ces produits, il s'agit d'une arnaque. Publicité mensongère

In een woord : oplichters!
Imitatie rommel, uit China. Bij retourneren betaal je verzendkosten en invoer kosten, voor een produkt dat al defect was toen ik het kreeg. En misleidende website waaraan je niet gelijk ziet of het uit China komt. Nooit meer

Schade, dass ich drauf reingefallen bin und die Bewertungen nicht vorab durchgelesen habe.
Die Kopfhörer kommen aus China, die Qualität ist schlechter als schlecht, der Sound auch und der Akku nach einer Stunde leer.
Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit der Kundenservice, ich könnte die Kopfhörer zurück nach China senden-Kostenpunkt 45€.
Finger weg also, rausgeschmissenes Geld!

OMG I wish I’d read the reviews on here before I dealt with this outfit!! Had to give one star as zero stars isn’t an option.
The earbuds I got worked fine for the first three days before the right one stopped working. It wouldn’t hold a charge and would only produce sound for 30 seconds at a time.
I emailed them three times in a week but got no reply …..until about 10 days after my first email. The reply was just a copy/paste of my original email 😳 other than someone had typed “please provide that” before the pasted text!
After a couple of weeks of trying to explain what my issue was and receiving the odd reply (copy/pastes of my emails) I gave up and contacted my bank to instigate a chargeback dispute. I got my transaction cancelled and money refunded within a few days.
Once Auralu were notified of the chargeback, they started emailing twice a day 😂 asking for videos showing the problem. I’ve tried to explain that I no longer care as I’ve already had my refund from my bank but they don’t take any notice of anything I tell them.
They even offered me a 50% refund if I would withdraw my chargeback claim! I see the logic there though as one of the earbuds works perfectly 🤣
To sum up:
Don’t buy from this scam company pretending to be UK based.
If you did already buy and have issues with the product, email them three or four times (your bank will ask for evidence that you tried to resolve the problem) but don’t waste any more time trying to get any sense from them.
Make a chargeback claim with whichever organisation you used to make your payment as you won’t get a refund from the scammers.
I would also advise not to try to return the product until you’ve had your refund from your payment provider.
Once Auralu get notified that you’ve made a chargeback claim, they’ll quite happily send you the return address details 😉 It’s in China believe it or not! lol

Yet another rip-off Chinese drop shipping outfit. Headphones are crap - poorly fitting, smell plasticy, sound leaks and annoys people nearby. They pretend to be a UK company but returns are to China which makes their supposed return guarantee a waste of time.
The reviews online are fake.
AVOID - like most things advertised on Instagram and social media, it’s a crap product, overpriced, and impossible to return without paying half the purchase price in postage and taxes.
