The Auralu headphones are amazing, they connect so easily and quickly and the sound quality is top-notch And for the price, they're really great.

Do NOT buy from this website. I was passed this website from a sibling of mine, asking if it was legit since I work in cyber security. I can immediately tell you, this is a scam. They auto-cart your items, and the SALE is FAKE. It's a looping timer, The SALE does NOT EXIST. The FAKE SALE is to bait you into thinking, you get a good deal. The website images of the products/office are terribly imposed and AI generated. They are fake. There is no such thing as Auralu. It's a backdoor cover identity designed to sell you cheap asian products. Do NOT buy, please.

Really bad quality, not as they advertised, different from pictures, noise cancelling does not work at all. Avoid. Not help to get your money back.

The battery life is phenomenal, I've used it for about two weeks. So far so good.

Styr unna denne butikken, dette er svindel. Fikk sendt headsettet fra Oslo etter fire dager. Når jeg fikk de, viste det seg at hva som står på hjemmesiden om batterikapasitet er løgn. Jeg ladet headsettet opp til 100% og ved å spille av musikk varer de i under tre timer også var de tomme for strøm. Og ringe med disse går ikke, mottaker hører nesten ikke hva du sier. På hjemmesiden står det også at du har full returrett innen 90 dager og at det da er viktig at du gir beskjed innen disse 90 dagene om du vil returnere. Jeg varslet retur på dag 2 etter mottak. Når du sender en mail om at du vil returnere, avviser de først at du kan returnere da de mener at de har et så godt produkt at retur ikke er nødvendig. I dette svaret hevder de at headsettet skal vare i opp mot 8 timer med avspilling av musikk. Og for hvert nye svar du får, reduseres prisen med 5%. Dette selv om du opprettholder ønsket om retur og ber om å få oversendt returadresse. Etterhvert får du trusler om at retur kanskje ikke vil bli akseptert på grunn av at de feks. Ikke er rengjort etc. Og at retur vil bli dyrt, siden du må returnere til Kina og må betale retur selv. Dette selv om varen i utgangspunktet ble sendt fra en adresse i Oslo, Norge. Heldigvis kjøpe jeg disse på Klarna og har derfor fått stoppet betalingen på grunn av svindel. Dette er en svært useriøs selger. Ikke kjøp noe her.

Twee weken heeft het gewerkt. Plots monddood. Reageert op niets meer. Zelfs niet meer op het net.. via China geblokt? Niets Nederlands. Pure oplichting zoals zo veel van Chinezen. Veel wat Chinees is stinkt behoorlijk, zoals hun Chinese witwas restaurants. Chinese koop = dure koop. Ik ga er morgen van Apple kopen. Duurder maar het werkt altijd. Dure koop = goede koop. Ik ben weeral geleerd…

Ik moet even in de bres springen na alle slechte reviews die ik hier lees,
Ja ze komen uit china, als je daar niet op let krijg je gelijk een onderbuik gevoel want wat krijg je dan?
Maar het ging best wel vlot, je werd ook echt netjes op de hoogte gehouden.
Het duurde een volle week toe had ik ze.
Geluid is echt wel goed, nog niet alles getest ik was meteen onder de indruk van het bereik van het geluid, al moet je deze wel iets aanpassen in je muziekapp,
Zitten echt goed bediening makkelijk, jammer dat ze geen app hebben, voor dat geld doen ze nauwelijks onder voor de sony 1000 serie
Ik ben al dagen aan het luisteren welke nou echt eruit steekt de sony of toch aralu

Atrocious microphone quality and appalling customer experience. Upon trying to make a phone call with the headphones it was clear that the microphone's quality is substandard. The voice is unclear and impossible to hear properly nor hold a conversation as the other party cannot understand what is being said. Without any doubt, quality is not Auralu's forte, a clear manufacturing problem.
However the company denies any responsibility and insists that the consumer pays the shipping, taxes and customs fees providing an address in Guangzhou, China.
They also insist the product has to be clean and ready for "secondary sales". Which means that many of us might received a product that has been previously returned given quality issues.
Would highly recommend to stay far from this company.

JUST LIKE THE REST OF THE REVIEWS I GOT CAUGHT OUT ON THIS ONE AS THE WEBSITE LOOKED LEGIT AND UK BASED. EARPHONES ARRIVED WEEKS LATER WHERE THEY WERE BEING RECOGNISED AS 2 BLUETOOTH DEVICES AND ONLY ONE EARPIECE WOULD CONNECT AT A TIME. LIKE THE OTHER REVIEWS THE EMAIL ADDRESS WANTED VIDEO EVIDENCE OF FAULT AND WHEN TRIED TO SEND THEIR EMAIL REJECTS SAYING EMAIL FILE TOO BIG AND ATTACHMENT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED! SENT SCREENSHOT OF FAULT BUT KEEP REPLYING ASKING THE SAME THING. NO TELEPHONE NUMBER ETC. THERE IS NO WAY IM FOOTING THE BILL TO RETURN TO CHINA FOR THEM TO 'NOT HAVE RECEIVED THE ITEM'!! , LUCKILY I'VE BEEN ABLE TO DO A CHARGEBACK REQUEST WITH THE BANK WHICH AURALU ARE PEEVED ABOUT SAYING THEY WILL REFUND 50% IF I REMOVE CHARGEBACK REQUEST!!!NO CHANCE!! THIS COMPANY NEED SHUTTING DOWN AND FAST!!!

Cancelled order when I found out it wasn't coming from UK
Then cancelled again when never received it by delivery date.
Company keep sending auto reply, bank dealing with this, please don't deal with this, it appears a scam.
Still waiting for a delivery that I asked to be cancelled

I do feel the sound could be louder. I'm frequently in noisy airports and I wish there was more volume or noise-cancelling capability.

Rubbish what a waste of £109! My Auralu headphones won’t even connect to my iPad with Bluetooth!

Exact same as other reviews scammers I was misled by a vacumtest review and purchased and then obviously saw the reviews on here

Please do not buy from this company. The quality is appalling and they will not action returns.
They tell you they must be returned to China, even though they are distributed in the UK.
The cost plus taxes is expensive and there’s no guarantee they will ‘receive’ the items, therefore will not send you the refund.
Total scam and they should face British law.

These people don’t even deserve 1 star! I wish I had looked on here first before ordering the headphones. They advertised on a fake review page comparing them to Sony and Bose saying aurula ones are A+, (absolute fat LIE) When the headphones arrived they didn’t even work and the quality of them are absolutely terrible! Sent them back they said I need to pay 15% re stock fee! These people have lost the plot! Now Klarna have recharged me £109 even tho I’ve sent them back and have no headphones. This is what happens when you order cheap Chinese crap. You can’t even contact them, I’m really not happy 😔

I wish I could give zero. Products are very sub-standard, not even worthy of selling at a car-boot market.
Returns have to be sent to China even though purchased from a UK company. You have to pay for return and get proof they have received it.
Absolute joke - they have basically stolen over £100 of my money!!

I think there a great pair of earbuds nice quality chi wireless charging ! Use correct ear tips for a better experience the audio is great in my opinion anc enough to block out my own singing ! Only gripe is volume level could be a bit higher would love an app to tune and update ! 2months so far no problems as yet ! Bit pricey but I’m happy a lot of people expect $600 buds for $150 I took a gamble was happy !

Hallo zusammen. Ich kann Euch nur empfehlen hier keinen Artikel zu kaufen. Alle negativen Rückmeldungen treffen leider bei mir auch zu. Ja, die Qualität ist okay, aber alles was Retoure angeht ist katastrophal. Nach langem hin und her wurden mir 5 danach 10 Prozent Rabatt angeboten und eine Retoure nur möglich bei Defekt und ähnliches. Ich habe jetzt Klarna über die Machenschaften informiert und die Zahlung ausgesetzt. Also Finger weg.
