An absolutely first rate experience every step of the way. I wanted a specialist printer for 78 card oracle deck, but in a small business card size. Aura print have more flexibility than any other printer I found. Also, I'm not the easiest of customers, because this is the first order I've made of a card deck and I don't really know my way around paper types, finishes etc. The team could not have been more helpful as I worked my way through options. The sample pack I ordered to help me decide arrived very promptly. I had a couple of amendments I needed to make before the artwork was approved, all this was done with minimum hassle, and lots of reassurance that I could make any changes I wanted until I was sure. I dealt with three different members of the team at different stages, by phone, email, chat; all exceptionally helpful. Can't recommend highly enough.

We’ve been using Aura Print for months now and consistently order around 4,000 flyers per week. At this point, we’ve spent thousands with them, so this isn’t a one-off experience.

Print quality is extremely consistent. Every batch arrives exactly how we expect it, with no variation or issues. That reliability matters when you’re running ongoing campaigns and can’t afford inconsistencies.

Customer support is also strong. Responses are quick, clear, and actually helpful, which is rare. When you’re ordering at volume, that level of responsiveness makes a real difference.

Overall, the experience has been straightforward and dependable from day one. No friction, no surprises, just solid execution.

The only improvement I’d suggest is more flexibility with quantities. Right now you’re locked into set order sizes like 4,000, 5,000, or 10,000. Ideally, we’d be ordering around 8,000 per week, but the current system forces either under-ordering or jumping to a higher bracket, which increases cost per flyer in practice. Understandable if it’s a system limitation, but it would add a lot of value.

Aside from that, no complaints. Reliable supplier, high quality output, and strong support.

Being a graphic designer, I've ordered from Aura Print a few times for myself and my clients and the quality is always exceptional! I use several different print suppliers and Aura have the most product customisation options on finishes, on their website, without the need to get email quotes. There was a delay on the latest order but putting that down to the seasonal rush.

Auraprint has always made ordering my labels very easy, but this last time I had to brag about the quality of the print job. I was concerned that such small detail/nuance would be lost printed so small, but these bands are everything I wanted them to be! Plus the soft touch lamination just elevates everything.

It is a month now I am waiting for my order and there is less and less response from the company. I didnt get my order, the tracking email never even worked. Then they said, the delivery couldnt locate me, which is pretty insane considering that I live opposite of the post office and I offerred up every possible way I can do, even that I can pick it up at the post office. They are not giving refund, do not do reprint, only keep asking my patient, while I had a pretty serious business to start and I needed those bookmarks. They also said they are not responsible for the delivery company (parcel force). I never heard something like it. I paid for a service, I expect it to be done.

Such a great company. Needed advice on printing - They supplied it. Attention to detail was spot on and the quality was amazing. I get a lot of comments on how great my product looks. I mean a lot of comments. Like everything in life, communication is key here. They are always quick to answer the phone and always superb with their customer service.

Reading the negative reviews on here , a lot of them seem to be out of Aura Prints hands. Courier issues, location issues etc.. But I wasn't put off.. And I wasn't disappointed! So much so that I'm about to place my third large order and I'm pretty confident this will be equally as great!

Really disappointed that I ordered an item which has not been received. Essentially it is the fault of the postage company however Aura will take not responsibility so I am left out of pocket and just told it is not their fault. Appalling customer service

Horrible Customer Service Small business Owners Beware!

I reached out to Aura Print on October 28th and sent an artwork on October 29th. There was no indication that the company is located in the UK, as the website was reading auraprintusa.com. So it took the whole 24 hours for someone to tell me that their artwork needs to be split in two files, the colored element and the black on white for gold. I provided that artwork as soon as it was requested, and another 24 hours went by without any acknowledgement, Then on October 31 they send me an email that the design is too close to the edge and they can't guarantee the gold elements in the correct places. SO again right away I adjusted the logo and resubmitted the artwork. They accepted it and I approved it for production. In the meantime for the first email I was asking about the lead time and the ship time for the product. I also was not really understanding why they don't respond during normal business hours (which of course they are in UK but that was not a public information). November 1st I check the status on production and it is still not sent to production, and the customer service reps still withholding the information on the production time and most importantly potential delivery date so I called them. I indicated calmly and respectfully that my question is not being answered, and that there is a significant delay in between when I submit things and when I get a response. Finally they tell me that they do all printing in the UK, and in addition to time zone difference, there is still significant transit time. one of that is on their website, which makes it look like it's a US company. I told them that if I knew that I would probably went with the different company, but I did not want to cancel my order, because I already spend 5 days, and it's a valuable time I don't want to lose. Instead I got a very mean email from Mark rose informing me that because I was not happy with them delaying my order and withholding the information they proactively cancelled my order. I have not seen a refund yet. So, for small business owners like me who just needs to get things done and account for the deadlines Aura Print will not tell you when you can expect your order, they will not try to work with you to address your concerns. They will try to extort more money to expedite your order by one day (you will have to pay 50% more) but they will not guarantee the delivery before your deadline due to the transit time. Their pricing are competitive but the customer service is absolutely horrible, so there are the companies in the US that will do foil printing for similar price, with similar lead times. I wish I knew this before I chose them for my project. If i did i would have gone with a US based company. Worth mentioning that all interactions were held in a calm and professional tone with no escalations. There was no reason to cancel my order without my approval especially because I indicated in writing I was not planning on cancelling my order, but I was not enjoying the experience. I'm happy to provide the screenshots for any and all communications as proof if it will help you make a decision and save yourself stress and disappointment.

After researching lots of printers, local and online I decided on Aura for their unbeatable price and eco friendliness. I received my first printed range of cards yesterday and I love, love, LOVE them! The quality of paper and printing is absolutely beautiful, it far exceeded my expectations and they make my product look and feel very high end. Excellent customer service too, quick and helpful responses to all my email queries. Absolutely recommend!
