If I could give this company no stars I would absolutely appalling customer services. It has taken me over six months to get my money back off them for non-delivered item of to the value of £46. They tried to dispute and refuse me my money thankfully my Bank were very good tackled them until I finally got the refund that I deserved. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I would give no stars if that was possible..
SCAM company! I placed order in February almost 2 months ago and received no tracking details, emailed them 3 times and they have replied just asking me what my tracking number is..
I keep telling them I haven’t received a tracking number therefore refund me the money I paid. Again Silence
Still waiting for either tracking number or full refund. Joke of a company

I ordered sparkly jeans on 24th November 2025- yet to receive anything and it’s 27th March 2026, not even received an email back. Shocking. No communication, no product received and no refund. Disgusting

Scam. Agreed to refund me never did. Am now gong through my bank for a full refund. Ordered in September and emails back and forth. At customs, held up. Do not part with your money.

Ordered some black glitter trousers back in October 2025
Nene received them. Paid £50

I placed an order with this company on 22 November and I never received my order. It was agreed on 29 December that I would receive a full refund however, I have never received my refund. Do not waste your money buying with this company as you will not receive your product or any refund.

Ordered a dress in November,didn't arrive. Have emailed numerous times, I was told my refund would be put as priority that was the beginning of January, now ignoring my emails. No correspondence from the last 3 emails. Scam

What the actual!!! I ordered a pair of Jeans on the 4th of December and it is now the 7th of February and I am yet to receive anything. UNACCEPTABLE

Disgusting company total scam. I ordered in November and they have no communication with me whatsoever. I didn’t receive my order. Fuming!

Same experience as everyone eles purchased 11th of December it’s currently the 4th of Feb no tracking update have emailed them several times with no response have now disputed this with my bank!!! AVIOD! Looks like website has been shut down now !

Had the exact same experience as every other review here. Ordered jeans in November, tracking didn't move for 2 weeks so I chased it up, they finally advised it was lost in transit and agreed to refund me, after chasing a couple of times and being told it would be escalated they stopped responding altogether and looks like the website is now shut down. I have managed to get the money back through my bank.

Placed order December 2025 never received so they said they would send again. Never received. Requested refund at beginning of January and still waiting

BEWARE! DO NOT order from this website! Clothes did not arrive-initial email responded to with offer to resend. 2nd order nevercarrived either.All communication to request refund under law have been ignored!!

THIS IS A SCAM.
I am still trying to get a refund after a product I bought 4 months ago. Disappointed with the lack of response. A very IGNORANT company taking your money. Do not use. How is this even legal?
