I ordered the glint jeans way back in October, they took 6 weeks to arrive , when they finally did the wrong jeans have been sent, i contacted auravil and they admitted that the wrong item had been sent and promised a return label would be processed for me. Well we are now 13/1/26 and even though i am regularly emailing to ask still there is no label , they just keep fobbing me off with excuses , I fail to see how it can take over a month to process a returns label, these jeans were £46.99 so not cheap, even though the quality of the ones I received is very questionable !avoid this shop at all costs !!!!!

Ordered 2 pairs of jeans in October. Received jeans in November and very poor quality!
Both jeans didn’t fit and one pair the button hole sewn up so could not do up to try.
Emailed them for returns label and although i have had responses saying that return label will be sent soon nothing has arrived and they have not refunded me either.
I have sent many chase emails and now no response at all!
Wish I looked into this company reviews before buying from them.
Total scammers! Makes me mad! 😡

I ordered back in November I STILL haven't received my order it's now been 8 weeks. I have messaged 4 times & NO reply from them at all. Do not order from here they just take your money with no intention of sending your parcel.

Ordered 2 pairs of jeans in November and they didn't arrive, have not received refund so now having to claim payment back through CC - my fault for using one of these scam sites. Won't be doing that again!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This is a complete scam, I ordered a dress 2 months ago, payment was taken from my bank immediately, the dress never arrived, no tracking available or communication, a complete con.

I ordered a dress on the 16/11/2025.It has now been 2 months and I haven’t received my item. I’ve emailed their customer service email a few times and I’ve had no reply. Do not use this company. I’d give it zero stars if I could!

AVOID!! Scammers!! After waiting months for my order, it arrived and was the wrong garment. I emailed them the same day it was delivered (10th December) and have since had two replies to say they’ll get me the returns address. I’M STILL WAITING!!

They clearly have no intention of allowing me to return the jeans and have scammed me of my money.

I wish I’d seen these reviews when I ordered.

Avoid this company at all costs, I usually check reviews on here before I purchase but didn’t this time. Ordered jeans as a Christmas present. They cancelled the order but have failed to refund me. Every time I contact I get given a different date of the refund being processed but I have still not received a refund. It’s a scam!

Complete SCAM! Ordered beginning of December a dress for Christmas - chased up just before Xmas and got told it was with the courier. Then asked for a refund and my email will not deliver

I ordered an outfit for my daughter and despite receiving an email stating it had been shipped, along with a fictitious tracking number, I could not track it as the tracking number was not recognised. 4 weeks later and with still no sign of my order I tried to contact them to chase my order up but received absolutely no response! It would seem there is no direct way of contacting them (i.e a customer service telephone number) so there is no way of contacting this company to query your order other than through sending them an email, which consequently they do NOT respond to!

I wish I’d read all the negative reviews regarding this company before placing my order as I’d never have ordered from Auravil. However, a valuable lesson has been learnt though my experience and I just hope my review alerts others to their underhand behaviour and prevents others from being ripped off by them too.

I’ve reported the issue with my order to my bank who are looking into this matter and I’m hopeful they will refund me as per their chargeback protection policy.

Do not use this company. You will get your product months later but they absolutely will not match whats advertised. They're using other people's content in their advertising. I've been getting communication but its always "*insert excuse*, we'll get back to you."

Absolutely no communication had to email 3 times and threaten action before I got an AI response. Been a month and no dress, I ordered it for my birthday thinking 3 weeks would be enough time clearly not. I have a tracking number that leads nowhere. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE nice pictures of dresses but you’ll never see it in person

Ordered 2 pairs of jeans from this company, they were 'shipped' on 20th November and today, 19th December, they are still showing as in transit with no updates for over a month. Very limited response from customer services. I would not recommend this company at all.

Order never arrived. Very sporadic customer services responses promising the world but delivering nothing. I ended up having to raise a dispute via my credit card provider and then I received a refund. Grateful I ordered via my credit card! The actual website falsifies trust pilot reviews as well. Warning to all - DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Scammy website which is so strange because their adds all over instagram seemed so real no ai and when I email them they seem very sincere but they’re not the don’t plant on giving your money back but hopefully you paid with a credit card because you can get a refund from your credit card provider. Iv waited over 2 months for the jeans I was hoping to wear them for Christmas, after a month of waiting and not receiving a shipment email I realised I had been scammed

This company is a scam. Ordered jeans that have never arrived. Raised a dispute with me bank. Avoid avoid! Wish I had checked on here first before ordering.
