Items arrived quickly but very poor quality.
€25 to return them to china.
Slow to refund and deducted further ‘customs charges’ off my refund. When asked to provide proof of customs charges, no documents provided.

Please be aware about this company.
Them warehouse is in China and you need to return goods by yourself and pay for postage.
They not located in London.
Send iteams back almist month ago and still not been received by wearhouse .

They didn’t deliver 2 bridesmaids dress in the time they stated. Said it was delivered when it wasn't, then sent me a random picture of where they left it. I am still fighting for a refund that they won't give me that I'm entitled too

If I could give no stars I would. Avoid these scammers at all costs. It’s a Chinese drop shipping company now calling itself NORLEIGH LONDON. I was daft enough to purchase a jacket which arrived and was nothing like the photo. Offered a 50% refund which I took as it’s better than nothing (I’d done my research by that point). Originally called Norbury London, they were Aurelle London when I bought the jacket. Now receiving their emails from Norleigh London.

Don't buy! Chineese scam. Took ages to get cheap material dress that dont fit and they only offer 10% refund!

I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. This company is a scam. The products take forever to arrive, are of low quality and are impossible to return. Firstly, there is no return paperwork. When you email customer services for a return label, they first require everything unpackaged and photographed to prove what you received. Finally they offer you 10% back as returns are to China so will take a long time and incur a high cost. Obviously people will only make this mistake once, but there are a lot of people they could scam with the professional looking website. Luckily I can afford to lose £100, but I worry for the people who can’t. This is a shameful company. I was got once before by Rit Concept - this is an expensive reminder to always check Trustpilot before ordering from an unknown brand.

They are scam! I hope you read the reviews before you purchase, dont do the same mistake I did. They keep changing their names after each complain. Currently they are advertising as norleighlondon.co.uk. so stay away and spent your money somewhere else. They are not based in London, Chinese company stating that their head office is in Netherlands, everything comes from China like Shein or Temu, and you have to return items to China.

Fraudulent company. I believe they have shut down their website and will probably open a new one to continue the fraud under a new name. They misrepresent delivery times (~1 month though 6-10 days is publicized since they ship from China) and I received the completely wrong order (cheap dress vs jumpsuit I ordered). Also, since the website has shut down I can't even try to return... DO NOT TRUST.

I ordered a shirt from this site. When it eventually arrived, I was disappointed with the quality. The buttons and material seemed cheap and the shirt was too tight. When I requested a return, I was told it would cost me £30 which was more than the shirt. I was offered a 10% refund!

Sent for a beautiful dress that they advertised and when it arrived it was nothing like the picture . They say i have to return to China which will cost 30 pound .
Offered a percentage to keep however this is not acceptable .

Another scam wait over 2 weeks for a linen shirt.Finally arrived. The item was not wearable so requested a refund. Only to find out when you contact them the return cost is more than the item purchased. Just read the small print.
So they do their upmost to get you to accept 10% which is a joke or get you buy another item and offer you another discount this is expensive Chinese rubbish and extremely low quality. When will someone do something about this company. Please Please avoid at all costs. You have been warned.

Lie about delivery times. Told Megan item wasn’t in stock and that they were sending me a different item in its place (totally unsuitable). When I tell them no thank you within an hour of receiving the email they tell me it’s too late to cancel! I’ve opened a case with my bank.

If I could give this company zero stars I would, item I bought for my sons birthday arrived today , size should be a men's large , it won't even fit me ( I'm ladies size 10) , labels cut out Quality very poor , item arrived creased and in poor quality packaging , too costly to return. Item should be refunded in full, very cross !

Absolutely disgusting company and customer service.
Purchased a dress and when it arrived it was nothing like the product description.
I emailed and requested a refund only to be offered a 10% refund and the reason was because they didn't want me to have to pay the £30 returns fee.
This company has no interest in its customers, only keeping people's hard earned money. Please stay away from them at all costs.

DO NOT BUY! Evening dress ordered for my low-key wedding. Arrived over 3 weeks later with no tracking. Completely the wrong dress and tiny!! After emailing pictures on request (speedy email response and apologetic) my options were 30% off next purchase or return to them for full refund approximate cost £30 - dress cost £34.95.

I ordered a shirt which was supposed to be Linen, but I very much doubt it is. The shirt arrived and the sizes were completely wrong however on the website it both a 30 day return policy without the need for giving a reason
When I try to return it, they offered me a 30% voucher which I refused. Then they asked me the reason so I refuse to give them a reason as per their return policy when they eventually accepted my return they said I had to pay for the return postage which was £30 and the item cost £34.95. Absolute scam do not touch this company.
