The website was easy enough to browse and I liked that I could move between dresses jackets and shoes without getting lost. I placed my order on my phone and had no problems with checkout.

The loafers looked smart when they arrived and were comfortable from the first proper wear. I had them on for several hours at dinner and did not get any rubbing around the heel.

I bought a suit from here and it wasn't fit for purpose so I started the return procedure. I started this within the 30 days and they are refusing the return and offering only a 10% refund, which is against the consumer rights act 2015.

I bought the one shoulder dress for an evening event and really liked how it sat around the waist. It looked dressed up without being difficult to wear. The material also did not crease as much as I thought it would after sitting in the car for quite a while.

The linen shirt fits nicely through the shoulders and has enough room without looking oversized. I have worn it both tucked in and untucked and it works well either way.

Scam company. Clothes are not as advertised. Pretending to be based in uk. Ask for £30 returns charge. Faulty items. SCAMMERS. They change company name when busted!

SCAM SCAM SCAM . Used to be Aurelle london up until 2 weeks ago . I wish I had double checked and read Trustpilot before hand . Lesson learnt. I thought I was buying in the UK nope CHINA! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . NORLEIGH LONDON / AURELLE LONDON. Or whatever you change your name to next . ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!!! Terrible quality of clothing and because I am in between sizes I bought 2 which I now cannot return without a €35 charge to send back. Absolute garbage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I was mainly looking for summer clothes and found the website easy to narrow down. I ordered a linen shirt and a pair of shorts and both matched what I had chosen online. The sizing was right for me and the parcel came properly packed. I did not need to contact support at any point which made the whole order simple.

This company used to be called Aurelle London. It has changed its name and email branding in the last week or two to escape the terrible reviews on Trustpilot that expose it as a fraudulent company.

If you order from here expect…
1. Long delivery times - although they will politely email you to apologise for issues at their warehouse/with their courier etc
2. No return paperwork, but a friendly customer service email reply asking for photos of items in order to process your return
3. A thanks for the photos and offer of a 10% discount to keep them as unfortunately the warehouse is in CHINA so returns will take a long time and be expensive.

Do not be fooled by the smart website and great photos. These clothes are thin and poor quality fabric. You are being scammed by a Chinese firm pretending to be based in the UK.
