Brilliant Service
Shivarni was absolutely amazing. I came into store to look for our wedding bands as my fiancé had got my engagement ring from here, she was super helpful and helped me design a bespoke ring that looks exactly how I wanted it to!

The service from Matthew was very informative throughout and all of my questions were answered in a really easy to understand way. When purchasing the ring because I had 3 weeks to pop the big question He managed to pull out all the stop signs and get my ring on time the ring looks stunning im buzzing roll on Friday, I would recommend the nottingham store to all my friends and family thanks again Matthew all the best.

I had a fantastic experience
I had a fantastic experience, looking for a perfect ring for my proposal. I found Austen & Blake and made an appointment with Shivarni. She took care to explain all options available to me and what they mean. I did not realise how much there was to picking a ring. I walked out having ordered a ring I was delighted with and came far under the original set budget. Additionally i said i needed the ring for my holiday where i wanted to pop the question. Unfortunately the ring wouldnt be ready but Shivarni organised a hire ring on site. Would highly reccomend to anyone!

I recently visited Austin Blake in Nottingham to buy some bespoke diamond earings as a surprise for my wife. The service I received from Mitch was second to none. He made sure everything was exactly as required taking all the time needed to make the right choice. Would definitely recommend and would go there again in a heartbeat.

Black Diamond, Shivarni you're a star!
My husband was buying me a new engagement ring to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We booked an an appointment with Shivarin in the Nottingham store. I was looking for a black diamond solitaire, when we arrived Shivarni had managed to provide a few examples including the one I had seen on the website but it wasn't for me. Shivarni was very patient and knowledgable, and after trying on many rings!! I got my black diamond with diamonds. Thank you!!

Excellent customer service
Mitch is really helpful and friendly. His advice was excellent and allowed us to find the perfect ring. He gave us frequent updates on the progress of the ring being made and helped us with an exchange when we changed our mind about the design.
It's a really good shop, definitely worth going in person as the customer service was much more personal in person, we highly recommend it and will be recommending it to friends and family. Thanks to the Nottingham branch!

We made an appointment to see rings in Nottingham. Shivarni was great - very responsive over emails and very patient and understanding in person. She even went above and beyond to book us in another A&B store elsewhere to collect rings. Couldn’t fault her service. I sent Shivarni a list of the rings I liked the look of and so I do wish it was possible to have all rings “favourited” (for example) to see/try on but do totally understand this is not realistically possible to do and she did great to find similar styles.

Austen and Blake was amazing. The store manager, Mitch, was incredibly helpful and walked me through the whole process from start to finish. They designed my perfect wedding ring when I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. Amazing customer service and great prices.

Friendly and helpful staff
Shivarni made the process so simple and helped me with every step of the process.
I looked on the website and found a few rings I liked, came into store and was shown the samples in person so I could compare.
We decided on the ring and then I was shown a selection of diamond to help me with my choice of diamond.
Once the order was placed I had plenty of emails with the progress and photos too which was very nice.
Upon collection we were talked through some insurance options and given no pressure to choose.
The whole process from start to finish was made very easy for me thanks to shivarni and the other staff in store.
