Great experience!
I had a previously bad experience with another store so I was relieved to find that Austen & Blake had a huge selection of engagement rings where you could design your own. Shivarni was very helpful throughout the process and advised me on what to look for when explaining what I'd like. I am absolutely obsessed delighted with my engagement ring and would highly recommend friends and family to Austen & Blake.

Exceptional service from start to finish.
From the moment I walked into the store until my third visit when I collected the ring, the service was outstanding. On my initial visit I was given lots of information, advised about costings, choices, etc and then given the courtesy of time to consider my purchase. This was followed by an email advising what I could do if I wished to proceed (no hard selling here). I went back in store, was advised further about my purchase and placed my order with a time frame given of approx. 4 weeks. Three weeks later I'm back and collecting the ring, greeted again by smiling faces, professionalism and exceptional service. Throughout those three weeks, the staff maintained contact and were always willing to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend a visit.
Oh one last thing, the quality of the ring... Stunning.

From the start to the finish
From the start to the finish, it has been a hassle free experience. They were able to cater my every need and match my design to a T. The customer service I received was exceptional, with the designing, the planning and completing the purchase. They kept in contact via emails and phone calls to update me on the progress, also if there was any problems, which there wasn’t. The rings I received were beautiful to look at and will make me very happy to see it on my partners finger.

Engagement Ring
I went to the Nottingham store to choose an engagement ring for my partner. I knew very little about rings and I wanted to make sure I got the right one. Kirsty was incredibly helpful and accommodating, she was able to answer all my questions and advise me on the best options. She kept me updated on the ring to make sure it arrived on time before I planned to propose. We are both very happy with the quality and design of the ring. I would highly recommend to others!

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, Matt from the Nottingham branch helped me to find the perfect diamond to fit the perfect ring. Customising for me was far better than buying a pre-made ring! I would highly recommend Austen & Blake to everyone, and I will be doing. Plus, she said yes!
