Right from my first contact until after the funeral Austin's were excellent in every aspect. Kelly was very caring and professional and Gary and the team were great on the day despite the rain. Thanks again. Would recommend Austin's without hesitation.

As a family we have used the services of Austin's before. We find them to be very sympathetic, helpful and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and they gently guide you through the process of bereavement, which can be very emotional.

We were very pleased with the way that Austin’s helped us when we lost our Dad. The team guided us, listened to us and responded sensitively from our initial shock, to planning the funeral and directing the funeral on the day.

Austins were very professional from start to finish. The staff were so caring all through the steps needed to go from planning to the day of the funeral. Nothing was too much bother for them.

Absolutely fantastic - as a family, we lost our mum 6 months previous, then dad, so very hard but Tina made it all so much more lighter and helped us through very difficult times - an asset to Austins.

Fantastic service from people who really care. From font of house to the drivers etc all showed love and care for us all.

I simply cannot fault any of the process given by Austin's in regards to the care of my late partner, loosing your partner at any age is extremely difficult, but Austin's made this part of his final journey so calming.
From first consultation to his final journey, nothing was ever too much trouble. I cannot explain my gratitude towards any of the team members.
Special thanks go to Gary who made my partner's funeral as bright as it could be with your light hearted jokes in the car, this was a great addition, as my partner would have also been cracking jokes that day.

At a sad time Tina made the whole process very easy & gave us some wise advice. At all times we felt listened to, supported & that we were in safe hands. Everything was dealt with very quickly & efficiently. This meant we could get on with other things knowing that the funeral was going to go smoothly.
