I had a clear explanation about this plan.
I have phone first ask the price and thought about this plan whether it's good for me. 2nd time I have phoned again. I told them that I wanted take plan for my husband. I was thinking and made a decision confidentially.
I called them third time and done.
The lady on the was very clearly explained and filled the form. I asked question and she answered me well.

Pure Cremations are very clear about what they have to offer and what is not included in their service.
What to do ‘’at the end” is a difficult subject to talk to anyone about but the person i spoke to on the phone at Pure Cremations was very reassuring and easy to talk to. All the necessary arrangements were made and I now have one less really important thing to worry about.

I already had a funeral plan which Ihad for the last 25 years but then I saw all the adverts for Pure and so gave them a call and they where so very helpful and made me understand all that happens, and the very fair price, and so I cancelled my original plan and went ahead with Pure. This I did because of the real caring and professional way they arranged everything

I was recommended Pure Cremation from my Mum, following my step-dad's Pure Cremation. The entire process has been smooth, from phoning up and speaking to a really helpful person to the paperwork arriving. I know how well run and thoughtful the whole precess is, as my mums experience with Pure Cremation was exceptional.

Beware!
After filling in the online quote to get an idea of cost, within five minutes I received a telephone call from a very hard sale salesman trying to talk me into buying one of the plans. I also received an email from the same salesman and he tried to call me again in short while after the first call.
