Comment: when arrived, a wifi card was loose and rattling around in the case. No damage, but possibly a shortfall in quality preparation.

After first computer ordered was damaged by Australia Post, it was replaced and posted within 48 hrs

I bought a computer and after 2 weeks it stopped working. Then, they sent another one which even didn't work once as it was keep resetting and have error. After, 1 months of my time wasted and couldn't do my works. I'm still waiting their refund as they take it super slow. Soon, I think to carry it to fair trade. Defo, no need to try business...

The time from my order to you shipping is great BUT the time for it to get delivered to me will be about 12 days....so far. I have not got it yet. I know the shipping is "Free" and you get what you pay for, but it does take a long time from Bris to Adl...

After shopping online and in local stores for a laptop with a 17" screen, I found this refurbished one on ACT and the price was right. I was a little hesitant to order, but very glad that I did. I had a slight glitch with a faulty charging cord when it arrived, but a replacement was quickly sent, gratis. Great, friendly customer support. The laptop is quick and the screen is sharp. I am very happy with this purchase.

Having paid nearly$1000 for a refurbished laptop, I was told I would receive within 3-5 business days. When I called 8 days later I was advised it hadn’t left yet. Ever since, nobody answers the phone but the recorded voice message simply makes me choose an option, rings and hangs up on me regardless of which option I choose. Nobody responds promptly to emails or website enquires and, despite being told 1 business day ago it was being built and will be express posted that day, I have now received an email that I can go and pick it up!!!! I live over 2.5 hrs away!!!!!! Disgusting! I will never be able to recommend this company in good conscience! God only knows if I will receive the item I have paid for but I’m certainly starting to doubt it (or ever getting a refund)!!!

Computer arrived in good condition, my only comment is that I was supplied with a Dell computer as ordered but was supplied with a HP keyboard. It would be nice to have matching accessories.

Recently, I purchased a refurbished late model Dell Optiplex P.C. in a micro form factor. The machine arrived promptly, was packaged extremely well and looked to be in pristine condition. The image of Windows 11 installed flawlessly and the system has been ultra reliable! I would never buy a new P.C. again after this positive experience. I would highly recommend Australian Computer Traders.

Something you may want to take into consideration is the possibility that customers way want to purchase peripheral items when they collect orders at your warehouse. After placing my original order I decided to get an additional hard drive. When I went to collect my computer I asked about the hard drive and was told I could not purchase one on site but should try the retail store in Stanley St E. After driving across the city I was told that the "Retail store" does not keep stock, it's "more of a show room", I need to order online. I then had to go home, place an order online and wait for it to be delivered. A complete waste of time, petrol and additional toll fees.
