Good value, good service

A very good price for a desktop with Windows11. The only problem was it only had 8gb memory and I had paid for an extra 8gb. I phoned and was offered a new computer with 16gb or they would post the 8gb. to me. I said I would install myself as I had the knowledge and received it within 2 days so not really a problem.

The replacement part for Dell latitude 7390 arrived yesterday. No further issues. All OK.

Pisss poor, pisss poor, pisss poor company.

I have been happily purchasing my computers (both desktops and laptops) and various plug in accessories from ACT for the past couple of years now. My experience going through the whole sales process from initial inquiry and request for assistance and direction before purchasing online, proceeding with payment, which is always very good because the prices are always amazing, and waiting on the speedy and impeccable delivery service provided, which always astounds me, has always been most pleasant and satisfying--each and every single time. Alex, Luke, Gary, Conner, Praveen, and of course, Gerhart at the warehouse, to mention only the amazing few I have had the privilege to serve and look after me, have always been most courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely professional in the way they have assisted and even educated me. I mostly seem to receive Alex over the phone whenever I call and must say that he (as do all the other amazing staff, too) certainly knows his (their) computers. Most impressed with you, Alex (and actually, every one of you amazing people, for that matter). Gerhart over the phone and especially in person is a wonderful ambassador for the company and left us feeling very special! Thank you for always being there for me in my times of need, guys. You certainly are The Best--and so are your products and prices. Will only ever deal with you for my computer needs <3.

I received my new laptop and everything was as expected, the delivery was fast and after paying $1000 i do not regret it, however after learning they sent me a lemon of a battery charger that is loose when it connects to my laptop and doesn't charge unless I hold it firmly I had to give it one star until they send out a new charger otherwise my laptop will be unusable. then I can fix the review to 5 stars but right now thats all I can do. I hope its not the laptop socket but I think it's the charger input as it doesn't stay inside the socket. shame

A recent off lease well specifed lenovo mini desktop was well priced. Unfortunately, the setup after clearing previous users data was not succesful.returned & sent back very promptly,OK Gerhard.
New to win11,I dont know if some of my difficlties are due to me or the box.. I use Google but Microsoft tries to Edge me away. Latest, computer shut down in the middle of an operation.only recourse, pull the plug & restart.

Please do not buy from ACT.

I have bought a refurbished Surface pro from them. It worked for a couple of months and the screen started to have issues after normal usage.

I returned it to them for repair as it was in warranty. However they cited that the issue was caused by external damage, even though the screen was in great condition externally.

There was no communication and I had to follow up multiple times to find out the status of the repair as well as how to get my device back.

Please do not buy from them, unless you’re ok with no warranty and limited communication and a possibility of getting a faulty device.

Purchased an Acer PC back in November but they sent me an old cheaper Dell PC instead. I returned it soon after and since then have heard nothing back from ACT and it is now January. Called their support number and person said they didn’t know anything about it. This has been a rotten experience and I have spent about $1000 and still have no PC.
Update: Finally got the PC after 2 months. The ACT staff were very helpful and apologetic and I found them very trustworthy to deal with even if they stuffed up on the overall logistics a bit. In the end I thought they were good people who provided a good PC even if they stuffed up at the start.

Be ware of these unprofessional people.
I bought a GRADE A LAPTOP, they sent me a grey and very old and dirty power cord like one of those people throw in the trash bin. The laptop came with the intake vents and the cooling fans clogged by accumulated dust. The cherry on the cake, I scanned the computer with a few software utilities and I discovered that the hardware is different and
cheaper than what is advertised. My money is in their bank account and I can't buy another laptop until this unfortunate encounter is resolved. These guys work this way, go check the feedback on Google and Product Review, avoid these scammers!

Bought a cheap refurbished laptop from this business - terrible experience. Problems with the product outlined below.

I understand things going wrong, particularly when purchasing refurbished equipment. However, what is not acceptable is a complete lack of communication or even the most basic attempt at customer service.

I submitted a ticket to their website outlining the below. It's been more than a month and there has been ZERO response or communication.

They state they have a 12 month warranty, but seem to prefer to simply ignore their customers.

Best to avoid dealing with this business.

Issues with the product:

1 - The rubber sections surrounding the keyboard are sticky due to age and deterioration. They had attempted to clean it off to no avail, but the cleaning liquid was all over the laptop when I received it. Can't think how it would be acceptable to sell a product in this state.

2. The hard drive was locked down with a non removable software from the previous corporate owner, rending it totally unusable. I had to replace the SSD with one of my own.

3. The keyboard DOES NOT work. Literally no buttons work, nor does is light up. Needed to use an external keyboard to set up Windows

Exceeded my expectations of a pre loved all in one computer. Will be back to invest in a laptop!

Great quality used products at excellent prices. Second laptop I've purchased from ACT this one is for my daughter. Only issue was there is a bit of sticky residue and department stickers that should have been removed. As it was previously a Local Health District so makes me wonder has it been well cleaned before dispatch? Otherwise excellent.

The laptop is amazing, great quality, quick delivery and just an easy company to buy through.

My old refurbished computer purchased from ACT some 12 years ago died, I contacted ACT and an upgraded version of same brand computer was offered at a similar price I paid 12 years ago. It turned up a few days later plugged it in and away I went navigating from windows 7 to latest windows 11. If this one lasts as long as the first one I will be very happy. Great service and product.

PC as described. Prompt delivery. Upgraded RAM was not included as ordered but was promptly delivered to me.

Responsive support! Great product. Couldn't have asked for more.
